The reception is manned 24/7 and the person on the night watch was extremely helpful and attentive and made every effort to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The carpets in the hallways are very badly soiled and dirty and give a very bad impression when entering the rooms. At least those sections which are badly soiled should be replaced.

Room was fine, parking was organized well!

I like everything about the hotel, the room, the food and the space. Everything is perfect. But I think that the most beautiful thing is the behavior of the staff, especially the man who stays all night in the lounge for you. A beautiful hotel❤️

Poor and expensive breakfast - I propose delicious croissants and coffee in the local coffee shop on main street.

Nice, cozy hotel. We've only spent one night, so it was enough for our needs. A paid car park is in the vicinity, next to the ambulance area. Breakfast wasn't amazing but it was ok. The hotel was very clean, beds pretty comfy, bathroom was nice. It all had the charm of a 60's movie. I recommend.

Never ever again

Staff very rude, smashed mosquitoes on the room wall, shower curtain with a very strong smell of mold. Very bad location with no parking. Even the hotel owner was pretty arrogant.

Comfy bed, quiet. Easy secure parking close by. Helpful staff.

Aircon unit was quite noisy and not very powerful. But it was ok.

Very friendly staff, despite some recent bad reviews made on Google, I made good experiences with the receptionists, they were helpful and and friendly.

We stayed over for the night in Livorno, because we took the ferry to Corsica, which meant that we had to be there very early. This hotel was one of the few hotels in Italy where we stayed where we could park our car in the garage right next to the hotel (very small, only room for 2 cars). The room was large and the bathroom also spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel has an elevator, but it is really very small. It can take one person and one piece of luggage. Otherwise, there is not anything really not to like.

I found the staff to be friendly and the rooms to be perfectly serviceable and clean. Since it's a three star hotel, one doesn't expect luxury, but does expect some comfort and cleanliness. The hotel provides those very adequately.

The breakfast is a bit too simple, the bread and pasties not really fresh, with not much to choose from. It was the least enjoyable part of the stay. But even so I'm planning to return soon and to stay in the same place. The price could stand to be a bit lower, but when you consider the area, you see it's a pricy area for lodging, so it's probably as low as you can get without sacrificing too much comfort.

The room and bathroom was very dirty. The bathtub had hair and traces of soap when we arrived Nd at the first shower, the water started foaming … really disgusting.

Ok for one night (ferry next morning) for the sake of moderate price.

Not for longer stay. The elevator was out of service, we had to take our heavy luggages up to their floor and next day downstairs, the room too small, shower simple (you have to put the shampoo on the floor). The staff rather unfriendly.

Beautiful hotel, reception and room. Really nice, helpful and good working staff. Breakfast was "classic Italy" - only sweet pastry.
