Friendly staff

Guests making a noise the enitre night to early hours of the morning and again from 4am. Shouting, playing music and slamming doors..

good location have nice views close to evething

We did not eat in the hotel so I cannot comment but we were very happy with the room and service

The room we were booked into was tiny and dark, however the staff were very obliging and allowed us to upgrade to room 4. We were then very happy. Next time we would love to stay in room 1

Everything the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional and the food was good.

Location was easy to find. Breakfast team n food was good ?.. Breakfast team is soo friendly and very dedicated staff who are willing to help at all times..

Swimming pool is not accommodating our little ones...too deep... secondly I liked the coffee bar area a lot however I wish we can have our own kettle n coffee/tea ☕ things in our rooms so we can have coffee anytime without worrying to change clothes to walk through the corridor ?.. Plz ?

We had dinner in the Lily Restaurant and it was amazing food was excellent, unfortunately it rained the whole time ,so we left early and did not have breakfast there, next time I would include the breakfast with my booking

It was a bit noisy during the night with people coming and going, doors, foot steps in the passages.

I liked everything. The location is perfect and the staff are super nice and welcoming. The room spacious and the beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the coffee machine?

Nice location for a quick stay right on the river. Graze is right across the street, best restaurant in PA. Wagyu burger at the hotel was surprisingly very good.

Location is good. Everything you need is at the hotel. Delicious breakfast.

Well kept property with very friendly staff. All the team members gave a personalized touch and were ready to help anytime. Location is also fantastic as its close to the main street.

Reception, cleaning and kitchen staff were all very friendly, the place is beautiful clean and kept in pristine condition. Enjoyed everything.

I liked everything about the place, the rooms but please put some hangers and mats in rooms.

The hotel has a prime position on the river.

The hotel room floors were dirty, the complimentary water was half full and the bedding was not clean. The breakfast was also disappointing.

The staff organised made a Dr's appointment on my behalf and offered to drive me there.

After midnight, there's no one at reception and there's no security guard at the entrance.
