Beautiful location outside of city. Friendly people. Many thanks to Sascha who checked us in upon our arrival. Lovely person.

If you don’t want to pay extra for a sea view room a mountain room would be lovely too.

Loved our suite but the garden area was only maintained as we left. The staff were excellent as was the evening entertain in the leopard bar.

Our initial room allocated was not as expected as shown on booking.com. Dated in appearance with limited storage and due to the wind the noise was too much for a 4 night stay. Also to get the Mountain View you needed to duck down in the room. The safe in room was unusable until the last night after maintenance and security had fixed it to the wall and installed batteries for the second time and security to reset it. Other issues too but all addressed by the team.

The property is located close to Camps Bay and offers shuttles to the Waterfront and Camps Bay.The fact that you can hike directly from the hotel grounds was a big plus. The property is well secured.

The rooms are outdated. The furniture was chipped and dented, the sink wasn’t really draining and the embroidery on the bedsheets was coming off.The room was also quite dirty, with lots of dust on the floor and stains on the toilet seat. The breakfast caused me some stomach issues on the first day, so I didn’t go back.

The setting is spectacular… the food and bar areas are amazing. The staff are extremely helpful.

    Location. Beatiful.

The dinner at Azure Restaurant service very slow. The hostess said there was no seat at Leopard Bar in first night. I felt a bit awkward as a solo. But nice bartender made a space at bar when he saw I was leaving.

The Spa, the staff so helpful, the amazing restaurant

    7SithembilePosted on: 10-25-2025

We loved the views and some outstanding staff members (Thapelo and Theo were fantastic)

The bathroom - we love showers - but the only shower was in the bath - so we couldn’t shower together. We filled a guest form that was never followed in our stayAs a couple on honeymoon, we were not made to feel that we were being celebrated - no card or bottle celebrating usWe shared with the hotel that there was a medical emergency on the day we were supposed to check in- when we came in i shared why we had come a day late - yet we had to write to management 4 days into our stay to have the hotel confirm that we were granted an additional stay.

    Location, room & bathroom lovely.

Very small pool area & sun beds way too close to each other. Our bedroom had no view .. Apart from bushes !

Everything was absolutely perfect. Understated elegance and luxury comes to mind. The minute you arrive , you feel special. From the glass of champagne to the warm smiles, we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. We were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary and having had our wedding at the hotel that many years ago, it was our first time back. We weren’t disappointed. We were given an upgrade to a gorgeous mountain facing room . Before being taken to the room, we were taken on a tour down memory lane and it was fabulous to see where we tied the knot. Still as beautiful. Wonderful delights awaited us in our gorgeous room: celebratory balloons, wine and other yummy treats. We had dinner at the Azure restaurant and again, a triumph. The seafood platter was ginormous and delicious, the service impeccable and ambience relaxed. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time. There’s nothing they didn’t have. 10/10. All in all, we had the best anniversary - we could not fault it. Thank you so very much. We will be back.

Nothing. If I could give the experience 12/10, I would. It was a perfect stay.
