Pros +
- The property is very nice but the facility is outdated and very over priced for what we paid. I’m very disappointed
- Th island is beautiful. But even this part is already far from it's best times: drought and mismanagement clearly put it's mark on the surroundings as well.
- It was great! I hope I will come again, but a little but, we cant find enough local fruits there. Daniel and all stuff were very kind and thank you for late check out
Cons -
- The service was horrible nothing was being done properly. There is no standard to the food my Newley wed wife and I were eating to survive on our honeymoon. The cleaning was horrible there was bugs and stains everywhere (pee stain on toilet seat when we arrived)
- 1. Absolutely poorly managed property2. Old and worn out villas. Rustic bathrooms with walls and floors looking like they would benefit from good proper clwaning3. Neglect everywhere: - the area of the hotel is poorly managed - grass is dry right in front of the main restaurant - birds poo on the breakfast tables - birds picking bread right from the table where tourists cut bread for their breakfastIt is just not clean and sometimes not very safe.4. Beaches are bad for snorkeling. Entry to the beaches is not convenient.5. Food is mediocre, especially breakfast6. Service is mediocre7. We HAD to reduce our stay because transfer from the hotel was not available (helicopter couldnt be organized for this particular morning) and the hotel still didn't reimburse 1 night stay. They just pretend that's not their problem.8. Ridiculous processes: when you want to book an activity in the activity center you can't just come in and ask for it. You have to text to your butter, who will email(!!!) the activity center, and then they hopefully do something. As you understand, nothing will get done in the end. They failed to book a boat for snorkeling even though we asked in advance. When we came in time for the activity we were told the boats are not available. Shame.Overall the property is way way far from what you expect from Six Senses, and it's price level overall.
- The gym could’ve had bigger dumb bell weights and a bench press/barbell and rig. A hiit area with equipment such as rogue (echo bike, barbell, plates) and mat flooring similar to Six Senses Ibiza. Treadmill could be upgraded and a concept 2 rowing machine added. The spa could’ve had a relaxing area and been bigger in general. The extra adventures were also a bit too expensive.

Amazing villa, amazing nature, amazing star sky views. Nice services and staff.

It’s privacy and quality service
The v v poor quality of staff at entrance of hotel at boats dock
Luxury looking clean rooms
Not many activities available at six senses Felicite, got a little boring and repetitive! With bad weather and most of activities being outdoors I would expect Hotel to offer alternatives to keep guests happy but that did not happen.Food and drinks overly expensive (approx £35 for one cocktail) and not worth the price, waiters very forceful to sell the set menus and when you don’t purchase the set menu they get moody! Staff treat famous / high profile guests with more priority than regular guests, a ‘high profile’ family arrived and our butler kept delaying us and noticeably was busy with the famous guests.
It was absolutely beautiful and from a chilled point of view we could not have chosen better. Room was perfect .. until the 10 yachts parked outside it gave us not so much privacy especially on the last day when we were showering! It was ok but if we had stayed longer this would have begun to annoy me!
Just gentle feedback.. 1. Service at the restaurant was to slow.. sometimes only x2 staff on and long wait between starters and mains. Last day at breakfast my daughter had to ask twice for her iced coffee, had to remind the staff about our oj and water, then when they bought only one of each when we requested two we had a little bit of attitude from the staff member 2. Evening meal the day after the seafood bbq was a mistake .. I made a mistake to order lobster starter and main .. couldn’t finish either covered in to much sauce and the lobster I felt was left over from the night before. Grace had fish which was delicious!
The location, the design, the service ??
The villa is very well maintained and well equipped with a stunning view. The marine life is also very well preserved. Staff is the best part of the stay. We came with our 1.6 yo baby and he had a wonderful time.
The most common way to reach here is the helicopter. I find that quite restricted in terms of choices. However we also enjoy the helicopter ride.
Perfect location on a separate island. Decent spa and amazing hiking /views
Food menu could’ve been way better
The Six Senses Manager " Gary"had treated me and my Family without any respect which shows that he dos not deserve to be a Manager.
Justin and Zanah from Reservatin plus the nature of the Island.
Infinity poolHilltop experience
Food below standard
The staff were all exceptional - friendly, efficient and welcoming. The location is stunning, and the accommodation and facility superb.
More information could be shared in advance regarding dining options (full board, half board etc) and also access to the island: in reality helicopter is the only sensible option.
The villa was superb. The staff was very friendly and professional.Thebspa setting was very special, and the aerial yoga instructor and acupuncture doctor was excellent. The Chef was the highlight. He took my wife's extensive food allergies super seriously, was extremely dilligent. This brought an immense peace of mind to our family during our stay.
Spa treatments were ridiculously expensive and quality was good, but not out of this world.
impressive property, links sustainability to luxury in a smart way, takes care of guests in all aspects. all facilities are thought to take care of the guests (example: hidden cabana spots at the beach have a small box with lunch menu inside and a phone to order food!)
Food is delicious but a bit overpriced (200 euro easily for a lunch / dinner with no wine for 2 ppl at the main cafe). It is fair to say however most vegetables come from their organic garden, so the quality is amazing.
great location superb team and service!
we found that the food was expensive.the wifi quality can be further improved.they can consider offering the transfer from/to the hotel considering what costumers pay during their stay
location was amazing and room were so clean and good. butler was amazing
food of course and local staff was not polite like other nationality staff.
One of the best Holidays ever I had in my life. The Hotel its One of the best in the World. All are magnificent there....Details makes the difference. The Lady who is in charge ( i forgot her name unfortunately) she is one of the best Butler/Private Coordinator ever i met. YOU MUST VISITED FOR THE...ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE!
WE LOVE IT ALL.....
All fantastic, location, facilities, staff and service..I really recomend.
Probably the best Six senses resort in the world. In my humble opinion in terms of the location / island / attractions / and the quality of the villa No. 1 in the Seychelles. Only one resort like Anantara Maia can compete with the Six Senses. But starting from the beginning:Transport to the island: the most convenient way to do it is by helicopter - cost 950 euro - 20 min flight. The facilities of the buildings are very modest, but this is a new direction of Six Senses resorts. The great advantage of the resort is the exceptional service - each guest has their own butler(GEM). We were logged in to villa No. 51 - for us the best villa in the entire resort, which was also confirmed by the service. Amazing view. I will not write too much about the design and decor of the villa because the photos speak for themselves. You can order breakfast in the villa which is included in the price. Generally, the entire invilladining service is at a very high level. The beaches in the resort - especially Grand Anse are some of the most beautiful places you will see in the Seychelles - there are canapa beds, hammocks as well. The biggest attraction for me in the whole resort is snorkeling - at the highest possible level - you do not have to swim too far, because within 100m from the jetty I saw - 2m fish / sting rays, manta rays, dolphins, octopus, and reef sharks - black and white tip.The weakest detail of the resort is food - I rate the quality of the cuisine at no more than 4/10. In general, the food did not impress us in any way, despite the fact that we tried everything that was on the menu.Overall, I rate this resort very highly - its general manager - Tim Bilfinger is the perfect person for this position, keeping the standard at the highest level. We will definitely come back here.
