Pros +
- We booked the biggest and best room the property had so it was nice and spacious with a nice sitting area and comfy bed.
- Hotel is located next to beach which can be liked. The most important thing about hotel is the staff. words cant do justice, they absolutely phenomenal—so welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met (for example we were entering hotel with 2 bottles of wine and the staff just appeared with corkscrew). The facilities were top-notch, extra swimming pool, dining options, cool everyday breakfast with options (eggs variations). The sunsets here were nothing short of magical. Absolutely recommend.
- The receptionist and the entire staff at the property were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything we needed. The receptionist, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our check-in process was smooth and provided us with helpful information about the property and the surrounding area. The staff’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. Their efforts contributed significantly to the wonderful experience we had at the property.
Cons -
- The beach on this side of the island is not great. The other side of the island has the best beaches - Cote Dór and Anse Lazio. Couldn't swim at the beach near the hotel. The pool wasn't great either and we didn't use it. The property is old and dated. The sitting area outside our room only had one chair - not great for a suite. TV in the room was not working. breakfast was not bad but nothing great. Bathroom was huge but tiny shower, tiny sink and table and toilet - a lot of wasted space. The hot and cold water mix wasn't working well in the showr. We had boiling or super hot water only. Whereas our friends didn't have any hot water in their room. They booked a regular room which was also TINY and cramped. Would say it wasn't worth the money - I would stay on the other side of the island at or near Berjaya for the same price.
- direct access to the beach which wasn’t cleanedwe booked this hotel especially because a “private beach” was mentioned. but they didn’t make the effort to clean the sea grass. so due to this it wasn’t possible to swim there or even lay in the sand
- Bathroom very large but with small, outdated shower - not enough warm water and poor pressure. Also the location of the hotel is the beachfront, but the waters on that side of the island are rough and the beach is constantly covered by thick layer of seaweed. Not a hotel's fault, but not mentioned in hotel's description. If we knew about it, we would chose a different location.

We had an extraordinary experience at Relax Beach Hotel Praslin. The location is stunning, with a peaceful private beach and breathtaking views. The staff was extremely friendly and always attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comfort we could ask for. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with fresh and diverse options. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Seychelles!
Location of the resort is very good , it’s a beachfront property. The beachfront is very well maintained with proper arrangements for leisure under the coconut trees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Faiza had arranged us the cabs and the Indians in the restaurant are really much helpful in arranging the Indian food for us and it’s super delicious.
A small resort directly at the natural beach of Grande Anse. Staff is super friendly and lovely. All were very helpful as well. The breakfast is ok. The restaurant could be more inviting. Summarized it's a small and very familiar hotel. Very quiet as well. Rooms are nice and very clean; they offer all you need. The beach is nearly empty, you might find some seagrass, but as long as it's nature and not rubbish, I don't mind. And in fact beside the sea grass the beach there is very clean! We definitively spent a wonderful time and would come back immediately!
cute little rooms with a pool in the middlelocation is good but a car is definitely needed

Great, friendly staff. Very accommodating to my husband's dietary needs. Room was big and nicely decorated. Nice, green grounds and pretty big pool.

Pleasant
Damaged fence and outside shower, poor breakfast. Seaweed in tons on the beach in July
right at the beach(but average beach)Helping staff
Staff was inadequate; One person managing almost everything. So he leaves the reception to do the other work.no one food and water is expensive as hell.
Breakfast was good you get options to pick. If you are going from India then do not worry at all you got saved as there breakfast have Indian and Continental cuisine. The rooms were spacious, clean, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of island luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the breath taking beachfront location. The resort's staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.

A very good staffA good breakfast
Equipements old
*the room was vey clean and comfy, big bed and shower, slept well*the location is right on the beach (not the best beach but still good)*the staff tried to accomodate our needs *breakfast was decent*good price for what you get
*even if it's on the beach, there is a big fence that ruins the view (it was the only property with a fence)*the staff is a bit untrained and inflexible, we had some issues with the arrival time and checkout and they dont really know how to deal with these situations
The property was clean and beautiful, right at the beach. The staff was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay.
I had a wonderful experience at the Le Relax Beach Resort. Excellent beachfront property!! Every staff member I encountered, from the manager, chef, waiters and the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Even allowed us a late checkout. The manager was very hospitable and there for every need of ours. Went out of his way to accommodate our dietary needs and prepared some meals that were not even on the menu. The sunsets right on the beachfront are breathtaking????
Nothing. Everything was excellent
The location is awesome. One of the most beautiful beaches. The property is just on the beach. Tough its a common beach for all, due to almost no crowd it feels like a private beach. Good Part :1. Nice clean & comfy rooms. 2. Very warm & helpful staff.3. Good restaurant serving really tasty breakfast & food. They do provide continental, creole & Indian cuisine options.4. Nice pool. Clean & calm.5. Good speed Wifi in the rooms.
Sad Part : 1. Tough the staff is very helpful & fast in responding, a little more recruitments will help to reduce the waiting time for guests.
Staff were lovely, hotel and facilities were great for the price (bear in mind this is 3 star!)
Location was a tad inconvieant but they cant change that!
The GM Mr Mrinal Kapoor was most helpful in many ways from helping to loan us bicycles, to advise on bus to take and finally even gave me a stick of superglue for my sneakers soles !Breakfast this time of the year facing the sea breeze in the morning was a joy to me.
The location , the cleanliness, and the proximity to the beach.Ujjwal, Munna, and Mr. Mrinal are just so helpful and accommodating.
