    Pros +

    • The view, the food was pretty good, staff was not well trained. Rental car was super easy but the roads are sure narrow.
    • The staff was very helpful and friendly. We liked that there is enough space and sunbeds by the pool as well as on the beach. The room was nice, but you could see that it is not the most modern anymore.
    • Liked the very good staff, the good location and quite room. The property was very clean and well kept.

    Cons -

    • To many smokers, no designated smoking area. many things need an upgrade
    • There is not much to do in the evenings. The hotel bar closed at around 9:30/10:00.Also when you wanted to have dinner in the restaurant, there was a predefined set menu every day, but if you want to order from à la carte, we were required to order during the day already. And also the entire area nearby does not have many places/bars/restaurants to go to.We knew before that the beach is not for swimming where the hotel is located. And it really is not. The beach is long and definitely nice for a walk. But due to the inability to go swimming I would not recommend visiting this beach unfortunately. The more famous beaches in Praslin Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio are both about 40-60 mins away, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. In general, the entire hotel seems to be in need of renewal here and there. I expected a bit more.
    • The shower was cold as there was no hot water. The room was very dark at night as only two small low watt wall lights in the main room, no floor lamps, no ceiling lamps. The coffee in room was really, really bad! It is the so called '3 in 1' which is coffee, sugar and synthetic creamer in a sache. No tea, no 'real' coffee or good quality instant coffee and no milk.

Very good Hotel facilities, very clean, perfect for amazing sunsets, very well decorated, comfortable and spacious rooms. We had a lovely terrace overlooking the sea where I was able to do yoga daily. We rented a car as we wanted to explore the island through the hotel and this was perfect too. Above all what made it special was that we received the best hospitality from Natasha and her team. We received very good advices, guidance and overall our stay was perfect. We would definitely come back here.

Nothing to mention all was great

It was a beautiful colonial style building, expressing the true nature of Seychelles. The room we had (family room) was exceptional, with a balcony and wonderful view. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom. The restaurant and bar were also very spacious, and the restaurant served delicious local food, like fresh fish and curries, as well as some international classics for those seeking home comforts, such as carbonara and pizzas. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help, and were excellent with our children. The sunset from Grand Anse is stunning, especially with one of the delicious Takamaka cocktails in hand.It was so nice we didn’t want to leave.

This hotel is perfectly positioned to watch the beautiful sunsets on Praslin. The rooms are comfortable and clean and have stunning sea views. The staff were all super helpful, especially Natasha when we needed help or advice. I especially liked going through the map of Praslin at the start of our visit recommending things to see and do. Would 100% stay there again.

During our trip in Seychelles, we stayed in 4 different hotels. Palm Beach Hotel was by far the best. Not only it was affordable, comparing to the rest in Praslin, but the rooms were also clean and had a very nice view of the sea.In addition, the breakfast and especially the dinner were very delicious. For breakfast, every day we had fresh fruit and omelette, among other things, while for dinner, we had octopus with coconut sauce and a parrot fish..so good!On top of all this, Natasha, with her team in the hotel, provided the most exquisite service and were readily available to respond to any of our questions! They provided from the moment we got there some very good tips for the island and the must-see places.I had also forgotten my eyeglasses in the hotel, and Natasha came until the port to hand them over. This was really kind, and I have never experienced anything similar before.I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and exceptional service.

When you arrive, you can see through the hotel and at the other end you can see the beautiful colors ofthe sea. Our stay at the Palm Beach hotel was great! We had the most beautiful view of the breathtakingbeautiful sunsets from our balcony. It was the most beautiful sunsets on our entire Seychelles trip. If youleave the door open you can hear it more all night. At breakfast and dinner you look directly at the sea.The dinner was delicious and also very good for the price. Natasha and Jabed are wonderful hosts andmade our stay special, They are both very kind, helpful and have great tips. There are beach towels, rentalcars can be rented directly through the hotel. Thanks to palm beach team! It waswonderful.

A beautiful heritage property- wonderful restaurant, great pool, and kind staff. The rooms are huge, with excellent AC and great balconies. The grounds are lovely. It is not a bland luxury hotel, rather it oozes charm. Recommend renting a car if staying here

The beach is beautiful but not swimable, as many stingrays have decided it’s their home. Fun to look at but dangerous to swim. Many other excellent beaches a short drive away

Right on the beach, nice garden and pool area. The restaurant ar the hotel was very good. Lovely staff at the hotel who will go out of their way (special thanks to Natasha & Jabed) to make you feel comfortable!

It feels a bit dated, especially the rooms (bathroom, wardrobe, etc.) and the pool would need an upgrade

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The service was impeccable—everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. When we encountered a small issue, they were quick to help, even providing first aid when needed. The hotel's location is breathtaking, right by the sea, offering stunning scenery. Everything was kept spotless and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was another highlight—fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. We left our plates empty every time! The restaurant played lovely music, and there was a great variety of choices.A special mention to the manager, Natasha, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests set this hotel apart. Every staff member had a smile on their face and was always ready to assist.Even the taxi drivers the hotel arranged for us were incredibly kind and professional. If you need transportation, don’t hesitate to ask the hotel to call a taxi for you. Plus, they also offer car rentals on-site, which is super convenient.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a place with top-notch service, stunning views, and delicious food, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at this hotel. We were greeted by Jabed who assisted us with everything. Hotel is not modern, but has a lovely charming colonial style. We loved it! The happy hour cocktails watching the sunset was breathtaking. For Seychelles, it offers very good price to quality ratio.

    All is perfect.
