Raffles Seychelles

Almost everything! The location is amazing, the private beach is clean, the water is calm. They bring you water and fruit when you lounge at the beach. The tortoises are so adorable. We fed and cuddled them daily! The food is amazing, the breakfast selection was A+.

They forgot to pick us up from the airport which was frustrating. The gym could be a bit bigger but this is complaining at a really high level.

The overall location, layout and facilities are amazing. I enjoy walking around and exploring this amazing resort

In one of the open buffet dinner, most food was having Alcohol. I also suggest to do some activities or open a bigger store with more variety of goods.

Beach was full of seaweed not ideal for anyone staying strictly at resort (would need to rent a boat for the nicer areas), service was extremely inconsistent, you would get 5 star treatment at times and 1 star treatment at other times, food was average at best, resort seemed very understaffed. Buggy service was very inconsistent. Managment seems lost.

Unique and luxurious rooms as well as perfect common areas and restaurants.All employees were nice and always friendly. Simon, that was our main reference at Raffles made our holiday unique with proposals for activities we will never forget

Friendly staff and a relaxed vibe, awesome location and great interior design in the villa.

This is my 2nd time is Praslin, but first time in Raffles. There nothing to complain about thisproperty. Aside from amazing views and the upgrades, the exceptional staff are commendable. Special mention to Cecille from the restaurant, to reception ladies Stacy,Dominique, Danielle and the guys doing the buggy transfer, you are all doing your job with passion. thank you all

Location is unbeatable. Definition of a true paradise.

Sometimes a bit insistent to grow your bill with extra services .Staff are really nice though.

Staff were super unprofessional. Cleaning team rang doorbell at 5AM by mistake. Reception was unhelpful. Terrible management. Mess up with the bill. Mess up with the taxi.

The hotel's location and sea view are breathtaking. The variety of restaurants meets all desires.

Privacy in most villas is not enough due to their designs.

The facilities, the hotel location and many nice and helpful staff !

The quality of the food in the dinner or lunch not matching the hotel standing …

The property sits on a beautiful landscape, with private villas. We took sea view villa. It was very private and exclusive. The breakfast was amazing and every night you get to choose from 3 locations dinner option.

It is very quiet and remote good for 3-4 days. The staff are amazing and very friendly and welcoming. We had an extra late check out which was amazing and it was an overall very positive experience.

There are no water activities. There should be more activities available on the island. If you want to snorkel you have to pay extra which doesn’t make sense. Also even if you have half board they usually have an extra charge for themed dinner nights. The boat trips to the other islands are overpriced. Also, the pools need to be heated because it is too cold to swim in the morning we have to wait till after 12 for it to be warmer.

Since entering the hotel at the reception it was a good experience.The views are super amazing, it is a large resort and scenery views are everywhere.The staff were very nice, especially Andy the buggy driver.The room was exceptional, we really liked the facilities that covers all your needs and we enjoyed the private pool.The beach is amazing, calm waves and crystal clear water with beautiful scenery.We had a romantic dinner at the Pan-Asian restaurant where our waiter mohammed provided excellent service and was very kind.

Bad choice and quality of food, expensive prices for mediocre food and drinks

Location of the resort is beautiful. Buggies are plenty and usually fast. Rooms are nice, comfortable.

The service falls below average standards, with a mix of pleasant and accommodating staff alongside others who are rude and unprofessional. For instance, one frustrated buggy driver drove recklessly without communication, causing discomfort. Additionally, during our 3-day stay, coffee capsules were only replenished once. At dinner, we spotted what appeared to be a rat but later discovered it was a hedgehog. We also glimpsed a small mouse but were unable to capture a photo.
