Great breakfast, close to the highway, easy parking.

Dirty sheets, hotel standards iof 2-stars level, not 4!

We asked for a room with bathtub, they upgrade our room to a huge room with very large bathtub in the middle of the room and floor to ceiling windows looking to the mountain and river , they made my day very interesting with wonderful views and breakfast in the morning and warm bathtub in the evening, thank you very much ?

Inside room Renovation was good idea , and became more fresh , however your building contractor did absolutely poor job.The quality of work was so terrable and the quality of material what they used for was so cheap quality. I felt sad about the outcomes as long term client.

I am travelling a lot personal and business reason .I go many countries and many hotel , Always , there are 2 bottles of waters in room every day . Some of hotel's kept for customers 4 bottles in room in every hotel where I've been.I was so shocked , this November when I was in your hotel , there was no longer supplied complementary drinking water bottles . There was no super market or seven eleven around near your hotel , and we had to purchace your expensive water in room no choice. Which is not fair and make us upset .I think supplied drinking water is very basic manner of service and the most important service of hotel .Do not ask to your customers how is your hotel service.. Maybe you can loose more customers for the sale of one dringking water bottle.

Was close to the shopping center Gigli. View out of the room was beautiful with sunrise, close to motorway, easy to access

Room was old, furniture damaged, water boiler sprayed with cleaning product, floor not cleaned, full of hairs and dirt, window dirty. Overall the stay was overpriced and disappointing in many aspects. Definitely not 4 stars hotel

The location and staff was good.

I got a superior room because I don't like small crampy single beds. I wanted blinds/curtains to block out all sunlight because this is how I have to have it to sleep. They gave me a really nice room, 5th floor with a tremendous view. I don't care much about the view as long as I can sleep ok. On another note, the shower was good water pressure great, and the fixtures nice. Bedding was good. There was an anomoly with the armoire. The lights kept going on and off at night..without me opening it. Breakfast was good. Room rates were reasonable. Decent location.

The air conditioning was lacking to say the least. They were told on several occasions about it and they said it was fixed and in good condition. I sleep in 19 degree C/ 68 degree F at home. This was sooo far from it.

The room was very nice, cleaned every day. The breakfast was varied enough and the personnel quite nice.

It was a bit far from downtown or station and a little secluded.

didn't like the fact that booking.com took payment upfront for the breakfast and the hotel had no knowledge of it and charged us again for it! this is the second time booking.com have stolen money from my company, it's such a cheap pathetic trick to play on customers!

the staff was very nice and super helpful. Even when one night there was a noisy person, they were kind enough to call and tell them to keep it down and had no issues after.

1. nothing with the property but the city seems very dependent on taxis which arnt always reliable. they need an Uber service cuz there were a couple days they couldn’t get a hold of the taxi service and I walked. the city needs a better way to contact a ride2. needs a better fitness center. they had something upstairs but most of the weights couldn’t fit on the bars. def needs a tad upgrade 3. it could get hot in the rooms and opening the window let’s in mosquitoes. windows would be nice if it has screens to protect bugs getting in since there was no way to cool the room4. walls a tad thin to hear other ppl but still is manageable.

Breakfast... and service should be better in the hotel that takes 100 euros per night... Drinking water in the bottles in dining room is salty. You cannot drink it... Coffee is terrible. You don't see waiters at all...

easy to reach from freeway; fast checkin

the room we had was poorly isolated from next room - voices and shower could be clearly heard - fridge in our room was very noisy as wellresult was bad night sleep

the personal was helpful and the room was clean and big.

the location of the place might just be the worst i have ever been to - in the sorroundings there was nothing to see, not even a good shop or coffe place or anything. the last bus arrives around 9:30 pm, afterwards you need to walk from city center or trainstation, which is like 40 minutes away.secondly, just across the street there is huge lunapark and the noice from outside continues up to 2am.lastly, the breakfast has been disappointing, especially the sweet stuff and when we arrived after 9am (breakfast are until 10) there were no eggs anymore.
