Charme Hotel

The room was clean and luxury feeling as well as the entire hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was wonderful. This is an excellent choice !

Bed was comfortable, supermarket very close to get a bottle of wine for after dinner, continental breakfast was acceptable in the morning,

My search was for Prato City Centre, this hotel is NOT city centre , it is 3kms from the city centre and so you need to catch a taxi both ways if you want to visit the old town

Clean, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Property is close to public transit. It only took 35 minutes to get to Florence.

Room was clean and QUIET. No sound through the floor and walls. Breakfast was first rate.

The Location snd staff was great. Comfortable beds and clean rooms.

The breakfast was not the best but good. The Hotel Restaurant was closed for some reason but there are others around and the staff was ready to order us a pizza as we arrived quite late!

Totally not recommending

I have paid for superior room however they downgraded my room reservation and gave me classical room without returning the difference amount between two rooms price. Also, I lost my AirPod in the JIM and when the staff found kept with them. I have asked hotel about it and they told we don’t have it. After I use my Iphone to find my AirPod location using GPS and found it in hotel reception office inside drawer. I asked them why you hide it with you and don’t want to give to me, they kept quiet and didn’t not provide any justification for this attitude. This way of dealing and attitude from hotel staff is totally not acceptable..

Quiet place, clean rooms, on-site gym (not the best equipment though) and restaurant (only open 19:30-22:00). Close to the gallery

Rooms have funny sockets that require special adaptors even for EU plugs. Fortunately they have them at reception. Otherwise wouldn't be able to charge my laptop.

The room, even though not super new, had very comfortable clean beds. We didn't try the breakfast. The staff was very kind and let us do the check-in before the expected time - really appreciated! The big free parking outside is a real benefit!

It was alright. I would say as expected based on other reviews. Room was of a decent size yet it could be cleaner. Large parking space in front yet no garage. Decent breakfast yet early in the morning eggs were gone, or the next day cold. Mixed bag thus 8 is a very good rating.

All is as described on their photos and on their page. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice, staff is polite. Nothing to complain. I would only prefer firmer pillows. But that is usually the case in all hotels..

air conditioning controller electronic screen was smashed and I was unable to control or to see room temperature, although the set temperature in the room was perfectly comfortable

Good staff, clean and tidy room. Good and silent air conditioner.

The public bus to center of Firenze takes about 45 min, but at least it has air conditioner and the bus stop is pretty close. It would be good if there was a bigger mirror to check your whole outfit before leaving the room
