Wall Art Hotel & Residence

Facility

Location

Clean spacious all services professional ,

Nice contemporary style. Artwork decoration. Big room size. Comfortable firm bed matress.

Shower was just okay. Elevator is not accessible to reach reception when checking-in.

The peaceful environment and kind people

Sometimes it felt a bit far away but taxis and public transport are there always

Very simple, clean. Very good beds.

It’s a little bit run down, public areas are quite sad.

The room was very big, well designed and comfortable.

The shower place in the toilet can be more cleaner. A larger television would have been nicer.

Convenient location. Free parking in an underground secure location.

Strange layout with key card access though a door away from reception coupled with no internal bedroom door lock, causing me some concern over security. While the room had a kettle, no tea or coffee supplied.

bothing

bed uncomfartable,not clean,tv was not working…

Good location, clean, helpfull staff, free parking ???

the size of the room

all 3 rooms we chanced had a bad smell of cigarettes or something like that.

Bad experience

After I checked with them before my arrival if they have sofa bed for tow kids and they said yes they didn't let us the room with the sofa. When we were complain about that they offered us to upgrade our room. After I showed them the mail the give us stinky room from cigarette. I didn't stayed there not a 4 satrs hotel and not worth the money.

Breakfast was delicious Comfortable bedsLift/elevator FridgeGood shower

One of the beds was unstable and moving. No bottles of water in the fridge. No tea/coffee just a kettle. At 2am a lady barged into my dad’s room while he was sleeping. She got his hotel room card key somehow. Even though the do not disturb paper was hanging outside on his door. Totally unacceptable and unsafe.

Breakfast it very good. Location very good.

A lot of people during the breakfast, were standing around and talking very loudly there for disturbing every one

Great hotel if your room is one in the regular rotation of rooms they keep clean 1st time great! Breakfast great, though not available on Sunday. Air conditioning fantastic. Blinds great! Very nice big room, excellent shower and excellent water pressure!!

2nd visit a little dusty on the walls and nightstands. I ordered a room with one queen There were 2 singles shoved together. I had to get the extra blanket and sheet to put under my sheet to make the gap less noticable.

Room size outstanding

Very slippery floors, please be very cautious. Squeaky, shower leaky

Price and space

AC was loud and air wasn’t good

Suites were spacious

In one of the suites there was a smell of cigarette smoking.Initially staff was reluctant to provide another suite but later on adjusted. In one of the bathrooms, flush was not working. When reported staff said it cannot be repaired before 09:00 AM.

Nice place to stay only issue was very slow internet connectivity from the room. Phone wifi hot spot option saved the day.

internect connectivity

Very big and spacious room, clean, comfortable big bed. Breakfast is amazing!

The size of the room , the AC and the beds were super comfortable
