Everyday breakfast r the same since we stayed 6 nights ;Couldn't check out at nights after 9pm, spend so much time in the morning

It was spacious and comfortable for three people in triple room. There was a separate clothing room and three single beds.The bathroom was quite clean and warm.

The breakfast was a little bit simple.

We went down breakfast at 8:00 but the there were limited choice for fresh things i could only find two items cucumbers and tomatoes but the worst thing was the cucumber was not fresh and bruised I asked the serving staff to replenish she went to kitchen to check and replied me it’s all gone no more fresh vegetables.

For the good rating by booking.com I was very disappointed

Position close to the center. Firenze easy to reach by car. Big parking right in front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and supportive. Great breakfast for all tastes. Strong wifi. Rooms clean, modern, confortable, well fitted for a 4 star , even coffee machine. Beds very confortable. A nice bar restaurant. A great choice for Prato. We would come back with pleasure. 10

No complain

Almost everything. Room was big and clean shower was newly renovated. Breakfast was great. The price was 85 euros a night. Probably the best value for my money in my whole stay in Italy (6 hotels) . Staff were very kind.

The parking is in the back and in the morning there were some cars parked right in front of the hotel and it was hard maneuvering with the luggage.

The location was perfect for access to Florence and Pisa. The access to the pool was great for a hot summer! The hotel was clean and staff very attentive to any queries.

Just a few items in the breakfast menu could be improved (scrambled eggs, pastry, natural orange juice) - but plenty of other offers of high standard as well (the meats, the coffee selection). Secured parking is only available for a fee

Far from city centre and shops. However, there are nearby direct buses to the airport and centre. Noise on Friday night until 2-3am. I had a flight in the morning, I was really tired and did not sleep well.Also, there was no kettle or coffee corner in the room.

Good room, good breakfast.

Each morning they have to check room numbers to provide access to the breakfast area, however they may not be present and you want to go get breakfast. Once, one of the staff was slightly rude wanting to ask for this information. Another member of the staff intervened and fixed the situation for his colleague.

Close to the airport and the food in the hotel restaurant was really good

Bed was really uncomfortable and the room smelt of cigarette smoke

Very clean place, excellent equipment, very kind staff and fast to help also in case of exceptional requests like getting an iron for the clothes. Very good location, in a quiet area and well connected if using a car. There are a couple of supermarkets at walking distance. The pool and the relaxing area is simply great! Every day we got very clean room, clean towels and sheets.

Nothing to mention, all was great.
