Safe parking space.

The room was okey, but there were lots of mosquitoes there, also a few smashed on the walls. Also the owner was not cooperative when I wanted to ask about price and parking, and she was rude to me while I was trying to have a conversation.

Modern rooms . Good breakfast. Lovely staff

Wifi didn’t really work in my room. Water temperature was weird

Ac Didn’t Work properly mosquitos first night no elevator to take bags to rear upper rooms Regardless of whose fault when we couldn’t get back into the room due to lock and no one on reception even though at that time there should have been this led to My wife who can speak Italian having a argument with the hotel boss who turned up to try and sort the problem he is one Man with no respect for women and no Accountability his manner of talking to my wife was Way beyond acceptable and had I recorded it on video .Booking.com would no doubt sever ties with this hotel.it was absolutely despicable behaviour.

Nice people.

Room was smelling bad (from the bathroom). No desk for working. Very small parking, with no space. I had to park illegally, since there was no parking space around the hotel. Breakfast was very poor.

Good location. Short walk to the train station.

Overpriced for what it was. The toilet leaked water which wasn’t fixed and no offer to move room. The breakfast was pretty sparse, and overpriced.

Uninteresting and disappointing.

I arrived at 23h. No reception. bedroom at ground floor. Warm day. Not safe to open window. the fridge was out of order. I left at 7.30 am. Nobody was at the reception.150€ the night. Definitely too expensive for low service

Receptionist was nice and helpful

pathetic breakfast, in tiny plates food for literally 2-3 people. If visitors have already entered beforr then you will find empty plates and a couple of icy, not today's croissants. The handle in the bathroom was broken, could not get out on her own. Shower water seeps onto the bathroom floor. The tiny floor is wet. The hotel is three stars and the presence of onyx on the walls does not make it a boutique.

Close proximity to the railway station. The establishment is modern and comfortable.

Disappointed with the breakfast setup. There was not enough food and we had to request for top up of the basics on both mornings of our visit. Also, we could not get hold of reception early evening.

I booked the rooms with breakfast and paid in advance for them.When the confirmation arrived from booking.com, it did not show the breakfast was prepaid, this is the second time booking.com have done this to me; for this reason, I will be very hesitant to book with them again.So I had to pay again for the Breakfast which was very disappointing because it was very basic.

We checked in late without anyone to meet us there, the reception desk is not manned beyond 9 pm.the aircon in the room was not working, so I brought it to the contact's attention by a text message.She said she would send somebody but no one came and I didn't sleep well due to the heat in the room.

very welcoming staff/owner, helpful and accommodating, communicated well before and during our stay. Hotel is very secure on a Main Street. It was clean throughout all areas and the rooms. Breakfast continental and laid out for guests. The hotel is well located for the railway station and around 15-20 mins from the old town of Prato.

The hotel is in a great location with a small grocery shop right across the street and a takeaway restaurant not far away, so it's quiet and safe.

The air conditioning is not very helpful and I wake up hot at night.Also the wireless internet is intermittent and not very convenient

When we arrived room and bathroom were smelling terribly, toilet was all but clean. Poor breakfast.

Positioned in the city, but also in a quiet area, secure, air conditioning, balcony / terrace. Very clean place, very kind host.

We didnt like to have mosquitos in the room, but luckily next day the hotel staff solved problem. One lamp beside bed did not work, after the complaint, nothing was done. The bed could be bigger although it is comfortable. Only 2 bottles of water in the minibar, there is no tea/coffe maker in room. The breakfast is quite disappointing, expecting fresh bread and pastries. Despite the nice appearance of the hotel, this is more B&B, not at all boutique hotel.

It was a beautiful property, close to Florence. We also had parking that was very convenient and safe. Also we had vegan products for breakfast, so it was a very pleasant suprise

The establishment was in a quiet location and away from the main town. if you are after a place close to the various trattorias, this is not it.

Need to pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular. 4 star - not sure how this is possible

Great location, close to both the city centre and the train station, super nice staff, clean and spacious bathroom, good breakfast.

The blanket was quite warm and we only could open one part of the window.
