Central location for the being in centro. Clean room and bathrooms, and super awesome staff.

A little far from the train. We got a smoking room and we are not smokers.

The breakfast is quite satisfactory. staff quite helpful.

Intercom is not working. Makes it quite discomforting trying to get help from the front desk.There might be need to have tea facilities for the room.

The Hotel is located in one of the main Square of Prato , with very good bus connection towards different sides of the City. The room allocated was a single room with a single bed , overall comfortable , the heating worked properly and the premise was overall clean.

Overall was a good deal, although I suspect I could have mangaed to get a better deal if booked slightly in advance , the price was somehow competitive.

Hotel San Marco is a solid stay. It's not elegant. It's basic and yet, it had everything we needed for one night. The staff was LOVELY and helpful - each one of them! There was a lift and our room (a triple room with a TUB - yay!) gave my husband and I the space we needed plus the extra bed for his snoring and kicking :-) . It was a 5 minute walk to the castle and the most yummy restaurants and shops.

I have stayed here before and I chose to stay again as I find this hotel very good value for money. It is clean, very comfortable, exceptionally located, and the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful!

The only thing I thought could be improved is the breakfast selection. It would be good to be broadened. Also the little fridge in my room was warm and the food I put in there spoilt.

All fine. Room was clean. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Good value for money.

Excellent Value - breakfast was a brilliant start to the day, and in my absence of speaking any Italian their English was excellent - I was most grateful.

Very friendly staff. Something was off with the shower, but they tried to fix it immediately & gave me another room to stay. Also, when I had to store my luggage already before my stay, they brought it up to the room for me & they did so too when they changed the room. Further: the bed was comfortable enough, the location is great near some excellent restaurants and the centre of Prato as well as the train station, and the breakfast has enough options. There's also an elevator to the room & there's air conditioning. Great place all around!

Stuff was friendly. The hotel has a nice terrace and it is convenient to travel to Florence via train in 30 mins.

The hotel is excellently located a short walk from Station and very close to the historical centre. The hotel staff were very helpful, they made our room available on arrival, gave excellent advice re dining options, and were available and responsive to any requests. The buffet breakfast was as expected, was plentiful and incorporated fresh fruit. This hotel is highly recommended.

Travelling to Prato was very difficult and I was very late. The hotel was open and welcoming. I was very grateful. Altogethr an excellent stay

The staff were gracious and welcoming. The linen was good and the location good.

The room is dated and the hack work on the joinery is what I would expect in a garage.The bathroom is old but clean
