Location, staff and room were all above expectations

good overall hotel , we always stay here when in Prato , but this time the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Good coffee and pleasant stuff

Second day they forgot to clean our room Checked for breakfast - it is a shame in Italy such thing .

Comfortable and big bed.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, no working air condition. Staff was friendly but we had problem with communication in English.

Very clean and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Although the room was a twin bed, other options were available, it was still very comfortable. Sometimes the twin bed mattresses can be very thin like for a child, but this was not.

Amazing breakfast!! I ve stayed before at this hotel ans the breakfast was good but now they ve upgraded it!! Excellent quality of ingredients, fresh fruit, fresh juice u can make urseld with different nice fruit, fabulous warm croissants (oh my god I couldn't have enough of those bad boys!!) Fresh honey, marmalades, different kinds of cheese and hams, omelets, pasties, u name it!! Room was warm and comfortable and staff great and helpful! Well done hotel president!

All was great

Room size was decent, but that’s it

The noise of the staff at 6am in the morning shouting, and the reception pretending that I am crazy and hearing voices: that was the very last drop

Not much I liked. The bed was ok, there was a fridge.

Dirty - shower floor slippery from the plaque, mold on shower walls, dust all over the room. Breakfast was way below average, hotel overall is very outdated both looks and amenities wise.

I went to Monash University Prato, Italy. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk. Near to the station, historical buildings, i loved it!

I didn't like anything about the hotel and my room.

Rooms have no USB sockets. Old Philips 24/32 inche LED/LCD which just allow 4 or five Italian channels. one of the boring hotel ever stayed. Intercoms doesn't work. even complaint the reception but they replied someone will sort tomorrow. No Disposal slippers, No tissue papers. No comforter or duvet. just 1 pair of the pillows..I had to ask for the Disposal slippers and in courtesy I was given one. staff was really boring.

Not much, to be honest.

Mini fridge didn't work, and the toilet was extremely uncomfortable as there is a paper dispenser right by the left side of it making it weird to sit on.

The 2 women at the reception were extremely helpful with our stay. They couldn't have been more accommodating with our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a great variety which we enjoyed.

Have no complaints.

Location was ok, ten minute walk to the nearest train station. Local co-op behind the hotel so was handy for any essentials or snacks. Breakfast was good.Staff were very helpful and friendly

Bathroom was small, toilet holder was shoulder height so had to lean when on the toilet

Not a good experience.

The toilet was smelly, even when reported.The area around the hotel is so dirty and not properly maintained. They could fix the area around the place and make it more welcoming.You are only given a key even if you’re a family. They should make use of the technology since they have key locks on the door. Provide codes like most places do to open the door.

Bad

There were three of us and it was written that we would get a comfortable room, but we got a room that could hardly be a single bed, as if it was made of a pantry. The bathroom was not even four square meters. Terrible.

The hotel has seen much better days and needs to have a lot of money spent on it to improve its standard.

Smell in the bathroom.Mosquitoes Bus loads of people arriving in the late afternoon and leaving the next morning so that reception was over crowded and the cleaners couldn’t keep up.

Nothing to like

Paid 317 euro per night for less than a 3 stars hotel. Everything below average. Old hotel, old furniture, average breakfast, polite but unhelpful staff, old towels, damaged curtains, not closing windows, etc. On top of it, they said they couldnt charge the already blocked amount on my card so I had to pay with a different card, while the first amount remained blocked.
