Albergo Giugni

THE OWNERS WERE WONDERFUL AND VERY KIND, booking my stranded college daughter dinner reservations at a fantastic restaurant, making her arrangements for a taxi to the airport, getting up at 4:30 to help her & even getting her juice while waiting. LOVELY

The location is great. Clean and quiet. Close to the train station.

Niente . ☺️

The location of the hotel. Close to the city center and the railway station. The beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi was very good.

The breakfast was not very great. There were no vegetables or eggs, only ham and cheese.

Francesco bent over backwards to be accomodating. Super friendly fella and we had some great chats with him! Breakfast was really generous too.

Super friendly staff, great coffee at breakfast, excellent location.

Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel provides parking at very low cost, which is wonderful. But during my stay it was mainly occupied and eventually I didn't manage to use it.

Lovely breakfast. Very helpful friendly staff booked taxis for me.

One of the best experience with a hotel recently. The room was big, nice and clean, wonderful location, great staff and the breakfast was great aswell. I'd like to highlight that the temperature was perfect in our room, which might not be a big thing but as it can get quite freezy sometimes with other hotels, it made our stay a lot more comfortable. 100% recommended, do not hesitate to stay in Albergo Giugni.

Nicely located. Nice staff. Room was clean. Good value for money.

Coffee is not good.

The staff was super nice and flexible! They made it easy to book additional nights very last minute. They also had an elevator which not every hotel did. The room was really big too!

This is me being picky but the towels smelled a liiiitle bit like cleaning vinegar that was my only complaint haha

Amazing location in the middle of everything but tucked away in a little piazza. Easy to get to train. Wonderful manager, Francesco.

It is a two star so it is basic - you get what you pay for! I didn’t love the thin pillows but it is a small detail.

Good value, nice service, clean hotel and very strategic location to old city center and train station to Florence

It was super clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Francesco is so hospitable and kind and a joy to talk to. A true gentleman. Breakfast was lovely and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. We will be back again and again.

Great, comfortable stay and great value for money. Francesco and Joelle at the front desk were incredibly helpful and hospitable.

Staff was so kind. I loved the offer of breakfast, as well as the convenient location. It was a lovely stay. Clean and well upkept facilities.

The "queen" beds that my partner and I shared were two twins, which wasn't a problem until morning, when someone would wake up in the crack between the two mattresses. Funny, but a little inconvenient.

Nice pensione right in the center of the charming old town. And a very friendly staff.

Very helpfull and kind staff. Excellent service and good breakfast. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

The hotel manager was very friendly. The location was fantastic, very much near to the city centre and the train stations. The hotel management used to clean the room everyday

Good location, breakfast so and so

Fresh orange juice is better.
