Looked good from the outside, the rooms and bathroom were really large

The room smelled bad like from the unclean canal but the smell was not coming from the bathroom, and ac made it worse

The property is right in the city center of Lovech, which is about the only upside of the hotel.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. We stayed for 3 nights for our Easter holidays and throughout our stay no one cleaned our room, not even once. The breakfast at the hotel was really bad with poor quality of food and by the time we got to breakfast (at 9 am, given that breakfast is until 10 am), there was basically no food left at the buffet and the staff were refusing to serve extra food.

The location

The floor wasn’t clean at all. There were crumbs on the carpet, which was cleaned when I told the reception, but even then what was left of the carpet was dirty. The bathroom was ok though

The breakfast was a little bit poor. We arrived at the restaurant at 9h30 and all main dishes were over. The location is perfect, at the top center, surrounded of lot of shops, restaurants, 10 mins from the bridge and old town.

Right in the city center and offers free parking for clients. Also, some of the staff were nice and efficient (all the receptionists that I interacted with), despite not speaking English. The bathroom was also quite nice.

The room was very dirty. Stains everywhere on the floor, on the bed sheets, spider webs, unpleasant smell. The included breakfast was very basic and less that I would normally eat for breakfast. The dirtiness of the room wouldn't even be acceptable at a 1* hotel, but the 4* rating is misleading.

Great location, Secure parking. Quiet and comfortable large bedroom, great breakfast tasty and cooked to order

The bar and restaurant were closed in the evening

Location is good at the center and close to most restaurants.

The hotel isn’t well maintained, the rooms are dirty, bathrooms also. Looks it isn’t cleaned for a weeks.

Nice big bedroom with ensuite bathroom. the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The breakfast was good as it was included in your room rate and had a selection of hot and cold food.

Do not visit that place

Staying here can hardly be called a pleasure. Upon entering the room, the stench of sweat hit. A room so dirty that I have never seen anything dirtier in my life. I went downstairs to the front desk asking for a clean room. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get along with the receptionist because she did not speak English. All I heard in response was that the rooms were old. I asked to speak to the manager or contact him. I was given a phone number, but I could only call the next day, as he is no longer available in the evening hours. The receptionist called the room at 11:20 pm!!! She said something in another language, I told her I didn't understand and she hung up. I do not recommend! This hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars…

The location is good

The facilities were very dirty including the carpet on the floor, there was hair everywhere (on the toilet, bath, towels), the sink was not cleaned because it had orange stain, the towels and sheets were old and had holes. There was no parking spce for our car

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

The Hotel is in a very bad shape, needs an urgent renovation.The room was filthy, the bathroom was in a very poor condition.4 star hotel - you can forget about it.Breakfast - very poor. There were no plates on site and no bread and we had to ask every time to get what we needed. The staff gave us only 1 room key and upon our request to get a second one they said there is no available second key.

The location

It has a bar with very loud music which is heard all over the property until 23:00 and if you want to rest you have to wait till the music stops. Also for 4 star hotel breakfast was really poor!

The rooms were pretty spacious

Extremely dirty rooms… The floor was disgusting, the sofas were all stained, the wardrobes were full of dust and hair… Never seen such thing in a hotel…

At the night A/C stopped and was a bit chilled.Breakfast was not tasty.

The size of the room.The sofas were comfy to sit on in the evening.The location was perfect.It had a very homely feel.Mini bar was cheap. Room service was great.

The beds were low and hard. No kettle in a room that size is ridiculous.The restaurant needs music on. It was quiet when we went in one evening with only one other person in there so, some music would have been nice.

Very nice hotel in a very nice location in the center. Good breakfast and nice and well equiped large rooms.
