Park Hotel

Staff was helpful and corrected issues to best of their ability with what they had available. Buffet breakfast was above average with exception of coffee machine which was terrible.

Bedframe was missing hooks so that it effectively made a taco and swallowed he sleeper, ie no support whatsoever. We put mattress on floor and frame in bathroom. Door frames falling off when closing door. Ac did not work, only blew hot air. Pool closed.

The restaurant and the rooms were comfortable eith bars in walking distance. No complaints was great value for the stay

Rooms were cold, the front desk gave us extra blankets

Room next door was very noisy at 2.00am and had to be told by night porter to stop the noise…..no fault of the hotel

The position of the hotel, south of Reggio city center and in a quite residential area, was exactly the location I was looking for - close to my business appointment

The hotel has no noise insulation to speak of. You could hear every noise from neighbouring rooms and corridor and some weird and noisy guests did not help the situation. Also when someone was slamming a car door in the parking lot, my windowpane was rattling.Breakfast on the disappointing side too

Pool was not bad, but shower didn't worked and sunbed was dirty.

Pool was nice to chill around. And breakfast was good, and it was such good offer for the money.

It was not as bad as friends, who stayed there before, described. At least our airconditioning was working, the curtain kept hanging and our shutters would close. The desk is occupied 24h, that's a plus. The luck for the hotel is that they are the only hotel in that area.

We stayed here with 20 friends and you need a lot of good company to compensate for the lack of quality. It is seriously run down. Breakfast was an experience, mostly catered for Italians (only sweet cakes) and you really had to push to get thebread, meat and cheese filled up. It was chosen because of proximity to family house.Breakfast was quite a bit better than expected.

The hotel needs a serious lifting, it looks old, shabby and dirty. Heating was full on when we arrived. Impossible to reduce it. Fridge in the room was on but not refrigerating. A waste of energy.

Its in need of a restoration! Its all in a sad state and restaurants and bars are closed! Pool not as in pictures..

Bedroom was clean, shower was good but the tiles are about to fall off the shower walls.

Hotel needs a big upgrade, it's very dated. The majority of customers appear to be workmen who are out all day. Swimming pool had not been cleaned for a while. Breakfast is very much help yourself, get your own cutlery glasses etc. Poor offering at Breakfast. Dinner was basic and very slow.

The location was in a beautiful residential area. Great for parking, safe and easy for quick exit to continue our journey Dolomites to Rome. I felt that this hotel would have had its prime in the 80's , decor not changed. The staff could have been a bit more engaging, disappointed that even though it was close to 30c, the pool was not open.Went to sit on the deck chair and it collapsed.The room 410 was great, it was a corner room and so once both windows were open,great ventilation.

Big noise if you have your rooms above the outside terrace. No restaurant in walkable distance

Breakfast was very good and the kitchen and dining staff were great. Room and bathroom was as expected, needs upgraded (mostly aesthetic). Very good value for family in need of an extra night while on vacation. Good pool for kids.

All of the electric outlets need to be replaced, addition power outlet and better lighting.

We liked the pool, breakfast and parking option.

Need renovation and more cleaning.

The staff

The plug sockets either didn’t take French plugs, or were broken, as was a cupboard. No air conditioning or fan, the breakfast eggs were cold (scrambled eggs).

The only positive thing about this "hotel" is the staff, who were friendly and helpful.

The Parkhotel does not deserve the term hotel. The rooms are very old and used, the bathrooms are in bad condition, the windows and heaters are leaking. The 'hotel' is very noisy. The breakfast is poor, with mosquitoes in the food. The list of shortcomings is very long, which is a pity.

The hotel is a bit tired and needs some freshening up. We also did not have hot water when we needed to shower.We have stayed at 3 different 3 star hotels on this trip and this was by far the least impressive.

great environment, lots of greenery, quiet, safe car park. excellent breakfast

no fridge in the room, dinner tasty but a bit frugal.

Swimming Pool was not clean which staff explained it was due ti rain. The bedroom floor was dirty. It had an old run down look.
