Really comfortable beds. Nice big room, exceptionally clean. Temperature control was also wonderful. The staff was very accomodating as well.

Service. I booked the wrong date. I arrived a day earlier. Instead of just changing the booking I had to pay for the other night aswell. There was a room available, so way not just change the date. No service.

Very clean and big room, comfortable bed, great continental breakfast with very nice staff speaking perfect english. Location bit far from town center but many restaurants around for lunch and dinner. Huge carpark easy to stay overnight

Aircon a bit warm, should be set lower for outside temperature of 35° that day. Complementary bottle of water would be a plus.

After over 6 hours of driving we needed a place that had ample parking, easy access and air conditioned. Hotel Remilia ticked all the boxes. It was very easy to get to. It is set back from the highway so there was no noise. It's 10 minutes drive away from the town center. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist in any way. The room was big and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed.. But no tea tray. Cafe is in the lobby, and they will bring you anything you like to order from there. The staff were quick. Got an iron and board 5 minutes after I requested it. The receptionist assisted us booking a wonderful restaurant in town ( as they may not speak English). She even ordered a taxi and informed him of our destination. It's 11 euros in a metered taxi. The town has a ZTL zone where only authorised cars are allowed in. Check Google for ZTL zone if you want to drive there. It's a very beautiful town. Taxi stands are next to Piazza della Vittoria. Or get the card from the taxi and call them whenever you want. They speak English and they arrive almost immediately. Breakfast is good..and if you require anything special I am sure they will try to make/get it for you. The hotel restaurant opens after 7pm ( as do most of the restaurants in towns in Italy). Don't forget to enjoy their ice-cream. It's gelato galore!! Open till 11.30pm!

Just be aware that 5€ taxes and charges are paid at the hotel.. Not included in the room charge.

The older man in the front desk is very helpful

On the May 25th, in the morning i call reception 3 times in a row. I also called few more times after. None of them is answered. You guys should open the calls made from rooms. It can be related to emergencies. Btw worst air condition control

Studio flat style hotel room with good work space and a spacious bathroom. Authentic and tasty italian food in the restaurant.

Location is on the outskirts of town.

This is an excellent hotel in every way. Easy parking, superior rooms, excellent restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff.We have been staying there regularly for many years, and will continue to do so

We did like the neon name on the roof - which you took off some years ago - it made the hotel easier to find!

Comfortable.Location convenient for what was required although there seemed to be a lack of safe footpaths to walk to the property from the High Speed Train station ( obviosuy this is a local coucile issue and not any competence of the hotel )

Reception staff at check-in not particularly welcoming, miserable and upon asking if I may be returned my document immediately was told "no" and to collect it later even though it didn't appear to be a busy period.

very friendly staff, they made me a salad when I arrived very late even though their kitchen was closed already: much appreciated!
