The breakfast was ample and of good quality (meats, cheeses, breads, and good coffee).Parking was good, easy off the highway stay.

Breakfast was not included (I thought it was when I booked, but was told at hotel it is never included with Booking.com reservations)and was an extra cost of €11.The room was very stuffy and, with the crisp air outside, it was disappointing that the windows could not be opened.The bed was not very comfortable.

The bed wasn’t a double bed, it was 2 individuals together. You can hear ALL what it’s happening! Insane, it was hard to sleep. We were travelling with my husband with our car, and we were looking for a place to rest, but it was not what we expected.

Strange smell from the water when running the shower/taps.

Very convenient off the highway as we were tired and driving through to Florence.

The shower was extremely slippery and the AC didn’t work very well so it was very hot during the night.

The shower doors were broken. The shower tap was broken with water flooding and pieces of the previous glass cover exposed and sharp. The same problems in at least three rooms (we were a group of friends).The hotel was very noisy, with people walking and screaming in the corridors at every hour of the night.

Specious modern stylish interior. Close to the motorway.

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, always smiling .The location was not bad at all, very close to the highway and just outside the city.The room was decent not small.

The bathroom needs adjustment, the soap was broken and not functional. Shampoo and shower gel holder was empty.The shower didn't close well....The mini fridge works only when in the room so you can't put a bottle of water hoping it will be fresh upon your return.

Either the room hadn't been aired for awhile or smokers had used the room but it didn't smell good.Shower dripped constantly and door was broken, (half missing) so water kept splashing onto the floor. They seemed to realise this and had laid a towel in the floor...which soon got wet thru. Only work-around was to let the shower head dangle down so drip was lessened....

Reception were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very basic, no hot food options.No food available after hours.

The outside of the hotel made my heart sink a bit as it’s old and dirty but inside is modern and clean!

We had a spa in our bathroom that was broken but it would have taken hours for it to fill as the water pressure was terrible!

people at Saturday nite at 2am stop in the corridor to speak...this produce a lot of noise. Does not have some Brown / Integral Bread in the breakfast.

Unexpectedly good hotel in the middle of nowhere. Probably mostly used by the people passing by the Autostrada.

Not working whirlpool (jacuzzi) ruing the kid's spirit. Can't say it was announced before, but when you have it and it doesn't work...
