The breakfast is very very poorThe bathrooms are just really old and have very weak water, the water temperature keeps changing during the shower, causing you freezing and burningThe elevator is very slowThe gym has no mirrors and barely any weights, atleast put a pull up bar and one multi functional resistance training machine

Staff were friendly and could speak English. The food at the Hotel restaurant was good.

It would have been nice if there was cut fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.

Very good location, very close to the center and a quiet place. The room was spacious enough for two people and the bathroom big with nice amenities. The staff were polite and helpful. Very good choice for our short stay!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Also overall the room could use a renovation. The carpet on the floor looked very old and worn.

One of the worsts hotels I ever experienced in my life, and for sure the worst in the last 15 years! And I am a traveler, doing over 40-50 nights yearly! All is old and outdated, the smell is like in a dead person’s room, the floor was sounding every single step, you feel your next room neighbor is in your bed, every single move is heard clear and loud! Could’n sleep the whole night… At the bathroom the water pipe was running slow, it was just a single very small shower gel sachet! really can’t find a damn single positive thing about this hotel… Maybe only the location. But this has nothing to do with a hotel management and guests confort!!!Horror!!! Even for free I would not stay again here! Even paid, so bad was the experience!!!

Breakfast was not good. Very limited choice and too much ultra processed food. Get some plain muesli or granola without so much sugar! The cereal was so unhealthy!

Room temperature stuck at unreasonably high temp. More than half gym equipment was off or non functional.Bad shower head.

Good location. In middle of a lush green Park. An excellent fine dining restaurant.

Totally ineffective air conditioning. Out side temperature was 35 degrees hot & humid. And AC was just for name sake. It was an uncomfortable level.

Location. Room was spacious . Clean . Polite staff. We booked an wheelchair accessible room which was perfect for our needs .Fully accessible hotel. Recommended for wheelchair users.

Bathroom edges and corners, shower doors, need some more love

Heating in room cannot be switched off or adjusted to own needs. Room far too hot, even with windows open.

The furniture is very old. The curtains are appalling. The bathroom is in bad condition, and the shower is impossible to close the doors. For the price I expected definitely a better standard in Italy.
