Holiday Inn Express Reggio Emilia By IHG

I was impressed by the kindness and hospitality of this hotel. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly greeted. The staff was accommodating to my every concern as a solo traveler

Breakfast

The location. Far away to downtown

Not much felt very old and tired well used

Staff were very abrupt and quite sharp. Even telling me I should not book through Booking .com

This was just a quick stopover. No restaurant but they did have a cold plate selection.

I like their breakfast especially. Rooms are very clean, bathroom is clean and big. Steady supply of hot water, nice.Staff very nice and supportive.

Just a suggestion: It would be super helpful if you could leave a little note by the bread machine to show me how to use it

Great beds comfy, great view of green fields, bfast not so great.

Quiet area, very friendly stuff, especially Carlos

very clean, beds were excellent, cooked breakfast. Close to train station.

Nice, clean, tidy and comfortable, very nice breakfast. I loved the signs about not wasting water.

No electric car charging possibilities

Modern roomGood location Friendly staff

Convenient location close to motorway if you are travelling by car (private parking in front of the hotel). Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Staff were very friendly and understanding.

- Cockroaches in the room...- Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. - Breakfast was very basic.

Good location plenty of space to park

Air con in room not workingNo draft beer on bar and no white wine ??Only outside space was right outside of main doors and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes as were other people

Good stop for our trip. Convenient location and very good early breakfast. Staff are very helpful.

This is a very good hotel with lovely rooms, comfortable big beds a nice breakfast and a safe parking. Highly recommended for many years now.

A tidy little hotel near the highway. The room was very clean and very comfortable, the staff was super nice and breakfast was great, too. Parking inside the gates. A perfect place to stop if travelling.

When we arrived in the evening, there was no possibility to eat in the hotel (although there are restaurants nearby accessible on foot so it wasn't a huge problem).

Good location. Clean and comfy room. Competent and friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok, but it could use 1-2 improvements (more fresh fruit and more cereal options.

Great breakfast, several different options and everything was fresh. The staff at the front desk, Valentina, Nicole, Stage and Francesco went above and beyond, very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff in the breakfast section was on point, always willing to help and the cleaning lady in the second floor was extremely friendly and exceptional.

Hard to say, with a staff like that is very difficult to find something wrong

Location is great, short drive from the motorway. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Carlos. Room was a good size with free WiFi. Breakfast was included which was good.

Room got a little hot. Window had to be shut before the air conditioning would work however, it was difficult to fully shut.

Nice hotel near the road. Very good for a short stay. Not too close to the centre. The breakfast was ok, breakfast serving time is good as you dont need to rush to ger the breakfast early in the morning.

Some vegetables at breakfast would be good. Now there are no vegetables during breakfast.
