Hotel Regio

Comfortable, clean, spacious room with practically arranged furniture. Perfect parking place a few yards from our room. Very helpful and friendly staff; one spoke good English. Excellent breakfast. Good restaurant next to hotel for dinner. Great value, hence 10 score. Would certainly stay here again and can therefore recommend.

Location between Modena and Parma. Plenty of Parking onsite. Next to a good restaurant was a bonus as they delivered to hotel room. Breakfast had fresh fruit and gluten free options among many other items

Good to reach, calm, nice pizza close by, breakfast good for the price. Really good curtains, free parking Would recommend it for a night stop when traveling

Towels had spots (probably just old not dirty), it's motel style so the entry to the room is facing the outside corridor, resulting in other guests walking by the room very close.

Beds are too bad, where you can feel the springs in the mattress. The smell was weird in the room. Like somebody smoked and then hidden with room scent..

Ok. Big parking. the price was high, but it was AC/DC koncert.

For us it was just a vacation on the road. Friendly staff. Purity. Tasty breakfast.We liked everything

Nice clean and silent hotel

It was clean.

Air conditioning needs to be cleaned, the room smelled like mold because of it. The room wasn’t soundproofed at all, we heard a fight until 2 am next door (the only problem was that we didn’t understand their fight -because it was in Italian, otherwise would have been quite entertaining).

Quiet, safe. Good location for a night stop. Big rooms.

Situated in a quiet little town not far away from the highway. Restaurants are close by. Clean. Staff was very nice and breakfast was great.

Facilities could use an upgrade: taps and hooks were a bit wobbly for example.

no kettle in the room, there was a problem with connecting to the wi-fi. but maybe it was a one time problem

Simple and late check in, and prompt replies through the Booking chat. The breakfast was nice and diversified, and opened early.

Internet was astonishingly slow, although the Wi-Fi signal was ok. It's a bit far from the nearest city/village, and the connecting road has a lot of morning traffic.

the room is unsupervised, the curtains are worn, the smell of tobacco is felt. Poor wifi connection at the room.

WORST HOTEL I EVER SEEN

When i go in room was so hot. I call receptionist to ask about air condition and he tell me that doesn’t work. When i say that i cant sleep like this he close the phone . I open door for fresh air but have so much MOSQUITOES there becouse this hitel have lights out of door. In 3 o’clock start one STRONG ALARM that dont stop for minimum 5 minutes. And in 4 o’clock start another one . When i say for receptions in morning they say you need to pay now .
