- Unfortunately, we canceled just as we enter the facility. We did ask the staff if the location is safe. She said yes but it turn out that there are too many people hanging out in the front day and night Monday to Sunday. We walk down to had dinner. There were people checking us out. We were feeling uncomfortable since we had to be in and out the hotel from morning to night. We decided to move to a different hotel. The hotel refused to give full refund even we didn't stay at all. We wouldn't recommend anyone to stay unless you know how to protect yourself. We don't how to fight.
- SUPER nice staff. Very accommodating and kind, even the girls cleaning the rooms, friendly and polite. Everything was clean, beds comfortable, right next to the train station. Good breakfast, good price.
- Right near the station. The immediate neighborhood seemed a bit dubious but once inside, the hotel is very nice.Good breakfast. Nice clean room. Competent and affable staff.

- The area surrounding the hotel feels a bit dicey. Lots of young, immigrant men hanging around - but they won't hurt you. Its a sad reminder of the state of our world; we sleep in a nice warm bed, in a hotel. God knows where they sleep.?
- hotel room has the air conditioning, but wasn't in use, was told by the hotel staff to open the window at night to cool air. outside hotel on the street around the Train Station FS, there are alot of people hang out day and night , seems sketchy. although hotel worker told me this area is safe even at night.

great location! next to the train station, FS. However Reggio Emilia has another train station, AV, for high speed trains, which is several KM north of the city . Don't confuse them. facility and deco are new, plenty of outlet for charging electronics. Very friendly hotel crew.

Breakfast was good, location was great just across the road from train station. But like any train station too many people hanging around, I wasn’t worried by that.
Nothing that I didn’t like, I would stay there again
The hotel is new and nicely furnished. The room was large and comfortable with anything you can need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful
There was a sewage smell in the bathroom which was a little off-putting. Unfortunately the hotel is in the main square in front of the station and it is full of young guys dealing drugs and up to no good. You can reach the centre very quickly but it feels quite unsafe immediately out of the hotel
Friendly staff Clean Amazing breakfast Walking distance from the train station
Safe but sketchy people on the streets all day
Hotel was clean
The scale with the fruits was dissapointing.Plenty of fruits were not eatble.Seems they lay new fruit on top of the old fruit. The toilet seat was brokenStaff at checkin could be more friendly
Staff were great
Felt unsafe outside the property! Lots of males hanging around.
The location of the hotel is right in front of the train station. Such a location usually means that you are surrounded by groups of people who hang out on the corners, making noise, taking up space. In short, it's not a place where you feel safe and welcome - especially after dark. The single room was okay, but the water stank of sulphur, there was no view, and I didn't really feel welcomed by the staff at the reception desk. It felt like any other monday morning. But the bed was fine and I needed a central place to spend the night in Reggio. So thank you for that.

Hotel was perfect would recommend as it has everything and a very good breakfast
The hotel is near the main station of Reggio Emilia. There are a lot of strange characters about especially at night, it's advisable to take a taxi if going into the center at night.
1. Very friendly staff, 2. Good breakfast 3. Late check out available
1. No hot water in the bathroom one day :( 2. Rooms are very small.
Super close to train station and clean.
Sketchy area around it however it is just across the train station. I d stay again.
I really liked the Staff - the lady that checked us in was such a lovely and helpful person :) The rooms were really neat and clean. The hotel is really close to the train station so if you visit the city in business it might be really handy - it's great that you can leave your bags for free on the day of your departure and then retrieve them even 15 mins before your train.
The shady lads that gather near the train station and the buildings near the hotel might be disturbing. Especially at night. However, I could see Police patrols pretty often so I, personally, felt pretty safe.
Looked to be.recently renovated. REALLY clean. Comfortable bed. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location right across the street from the main station isn't scenic, but it sure was handy for a brief stop.
Cleanliness, pleasant smell, good breakfast, short distance from railway station
Nice clean hotel with good facilities.
The location is truly awful, it’s not the hotel’s fault, but there are lots of African men loitering around outside all hours of day. They make comments at you and generally just have antisocial behaviour, no idea how this is allowed by the city. We were 2 males so we were ok but I wouldn’t bring my girlfriend or family here. Shame as the hotel is nice and the city is great.
Nice and clean place. Perfect for a night.
The neighbourhood is not the nicest, nearby a station with lots of strange characters hanging around.
It is okay for one or two nights maximum. Simple breakfast but not bad.
There is barely none acoustic isolation in the room. This hotel is also used as a motel, so we could here neighboors talking loud, listening to music and having pleasures almost all night long (yes, they were very loud!). Horrible experience. The hotel is close to the train station and the area is quite strange and seems to be dangerous.
Very close to the train station. The room is small and had a strange smell when we arrived, but it was clean and just enough for our 1 night stay.Luggage storage available.
