    Pros +

    • Lovely location just outside Parma. It feels miles out of town but is really very close and convenient.
    • Look of the hotel and the location, it has a Tuscany vibe. Room looked very nice, with a lot of space.
    • A small room with almost no window and a ugly bathroom

    Cons -

    • Staff was polite enough to give us a key and tell time for the breakfast but we could see in their faces annoyance at times.Room was very cold and figure out too late this was because of an open window behind the curtain. We had AC running for entire night almost noticing that room is not getting warmer.Breakfast should be more continental; a lot of sweets were there which doesn't work well for everyone ?
    • Young adults in the room next door partying at 2am through to 5am.
    • No complaints, if you have an issue and there's nobody around, just call the number and it's sorted.

Secure location. Comfortable room with a view of the countryside. Pretty isolated though, need a car to access any restaurants or cafes (or a 30 min walk)

Good location with parking at property. Decor good, some lovely touches. Nathalie was lovely. Restaurants an easy walk away.

The quietness, a peaceful rural setting that's only a few minutes drive to the city. The unique design. Ample parking, which is always an issue everywhere else in Parma itself. Excellent variety of items for breakfast, something for everyone, both eating and drinking. You can come and go as you please, sometimes it feels like you have the whole place to yourself, it's that quiet. This was my second stay here, and I look forward to more.

Great location, dog friendly, lovely room and breakfast

Beautiful location and staff very accommodating Nice breakfast

It was a bit cold despite heaters in room and needs some work doing on it like the Toilet seat didn’t stay up, shower head needs cleaning

    8ReyhanePosted on: 11-16-2024

Its very clean and nice property far from city center. If you have car its good

    The breakfast was so simple

    10GerryPosted on: 11-6-2024

Quiet, small, private, very good restaurant, very good breakfast. The double rooms are huge, with large bath in the bathroom. Ample parking, it's impossible to get parking in the city, yet only a few minutes from amenities, shopping and eating.

Only one electric socket in the single bedroom was awkward.

Worst and poorest breakfast in Italy and much much smaller, different room as on the pics at Booking

The room was not that I have booked and fully prepaid in advance. It was much much smaller and when I wanted to change the "boss" at the reception was realy rude and refused to change despite she had many room empty at that time because I made the reservation via booking.com instead of directly from her. The breakfast was the worst and poorest I have ever had in Italy or anywhere in EU.

    Comfort, quiet, location.

Shower could be larger. All else fine.

    4StevePosted on: 8-22-2024

So disappointed. The reviews speak of a lovely restaurant but it is a separate business and was closed. There is no bar! The vending machine had only water and carbonated drinks, to even get a coffee or tea was a one off mission involving a mobile phone call and eventually being given a cup of hot water and a tea bag. The 'hotel' is quite remote and having arrived after a 6 hour drive we really didn't want to have to drive into town to eat. On the plus side it is an interesting building but it is NOT an hotel at best it's a bed and breakfast which was also very basic.

    No restaurant or bar

    Bed and wifi

Staff not friendly and sewage system was defect.

    9JamesPosted on: 6-20-2024

Room was very clean and comfortable

No proper shower and breakfast was 07:30-09:00 but the girl who was over seeing the layout started to clear the table at 08:30 and we hadn't evening finished eating.it seemed we had eaten to much and couldn't have anymore

Very spacious roomWe booked it last minute to break up our travel and we’re surprised how pretty the building was, beautiful surroundings, big bathtub in the room which our daughter loved.

    7PaulPosted on: 6-9-2024

The quiet location was nice, and it was very close to Parma and the main tourist attractions

The restaurant was a fish restaurant and did not offer any vegetarian dishes. The breakfast was nice but there was not much variety

    10IanPosted on: 5-19-2024

Perfect place to break up the long drive south. The hotel was pet friendly and there is plenty of parking space. I had a very comfortable stay. There is also a very good seafood restaurant on the premises.

    8CarloPosted on: 1-9-2024

Quiet, comfortable, adequate cleaning and breakfast.

Insufficient lighting, only 1 bedside electrical socket, so if you want to charge your phone you have to disconnect the bedside lamp.

    4JfPosted on: 12-9-2023

Room was ok but far too expensive compared to what one would expect on this price range.

Restaurant promoted on booking, but closed for a long time looking at the outfit.Only one electric plug in the bathroom. Not very friendly reception.Do not recommend.
