Great location - in front of the train station and close to the center .The room was very comfortable .The breakfast and the ladies managing the breakfast room were exceptional and made our trip so much nicer.

It was classic! Beautiful rooms and lobby was amazing. The people working the front desk as well as the breakfast staff were impeccable! We stayed overnight as we were going to the Dairy the next day to do a Parmigiano Reggiano making tour. The desk was kind enough to call for a taxi and allow us to leave our belongings at the hotel while we were gone and before we took the train back to Rome. Very accommodating!

The room I was given was very spacious and quiet. It provided everything I would need. It was definitely positive the fact that in the room there was available for me a bottle of water and everything I needed to prepare coffee or tea.The breakfast is very good, with many things to choose from, salty or sweet, and smiling ladies to serve you coffee. The personnel was very friendly. When I come back to Parma I will chose this hotel again.

The only somehow negative comment I can give, is that I would like the temperature in the room to be a bit higher. I don't mean that the room was cold, it was warm enough, but a degree up would have been welcomed from me that I came to Parma from a warmer climate.

The hotel was well located and easily accessible by car and close to the main station. The room and facilities were great and the breakfast provided excellent.

Just a few steps from the train station and close proximity to the tourist areas of the city. Tasteful Room and Lobby. Excellent breakfast with many options in front desk staff helped solve a couple of minor problems related to my travel.

Very rude staff. During breakfast, we asked if we can attend the breakfast the next day a little earlier (6:40 am instead of 7 am), because we have an early train, the waitress politely told us that we could. The next day, we enter the breakfast room, breakfast all set, but the other worker tells us we should leave. Then the reception worker joins (introduced himself as Maise, bold man middle aged, but didn't have any badge on him), and very rudely says that we need to leave. When we said that they will be getting a bad review for talking so rudely, suddenly it appeared that it's okay and we can do the breakfast early if we want. This was the worst experience that I had in a looong while in hotels.

how close it was to the station

The room was tiny, the bedside lamp and kettle didn’t work, and I was given a single 700ml bottle of water to last three days—any extra would cost me. Breakfast was basic at best, and the facilities were frankly terrible. Paying nearly €100 a night for this was completely unjustifiable. I left feeling extremely disappointed and short-changed.

Can think of nothing!

Everything was good, especially the attitude of the hotel staff in all departments.

The minibar was small and did not provide enough cooling. It would have been better if a set of cups and saucers for drinking tea had been provided in the room.

Great location right outside the train station. The hotel has been renovated in excellent condition. We like the breakfast, it was substantial and excellent.

Right across from the Parma train station. I couldn't really tell clearly from the map. But turned out to be perfect for the early morning departure I chose.The staff was professional and helpful. A good choice for me traveling solo.

The property is located near the train station which was convinient for us as we were just staying overnight for the cheese tour. Property is modern conpared to a lot of other properties. They provide luggage storage in case you need to go on such tours after check out. Room and bathroom is clean and good size. Breakfast had a great selection.

Location right outside of Parma train station. The reception area was welcoming, warm and pristine. The hotel was run efficiently, very clean in hall ways, stairs, and my room was charming with impeccable details and the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. The ladies worked at the reception desk was pleasant and eager to help.

Public areas were okay

Toilet seat was disgusting, unsanitary with blistered surface. Told by Fabio that it could not be replaced and since they were fully booked, we could not be moved to another room.

Exactly as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful.

We had an issue where we plugged in an electrical shaver and the electricity for the room went off and unfortunately couldn't get it back on, so that was a bit inconvenient. But the staff was very helpful and moved us to another room immediately so it wasn't that much of an inconvenience.
