Hotel Torino

The location was wonderful, and everyone working there was super nice!

The room was small, and the bed was very uncomfortable. I like firm beds, but this was as if sleeping on the floor.

Location was great!

Barely any power sockets in the room. No sockets close to the bed. Also, the TV was not working as it should be, flickering like an old tv.

The hotel room was very spacious. I loved the idea of the outdoor Terrance with controlled lighting, perfect spot for morning cafe. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with any concerns or recommendations in the area. I loved Parma and this location was perfect in the central of all shopping and restaurants. I would definitely come back again.

The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting Parma, the staff was very kind and very friendly.

Our room was so small we had no place to keep the luggage! The bed and pillows were so hard, like sleeping on the floor. We had to request glasses to drink from, there were none in the room, we had to request additional pillows, the shower (so tiny) had mold along the caulking.

The WiFi did not work and when we asked about it we were only told that it would be reported.

The location of Hotel Torino was lovely. Nothing is far away in Parma as it’s not a very big city but this was on a charming, small pedestrian street very centrally located - about a 3 minute walk to the main piazzas. The city was very charming and we enjoyed our stay there looking at the historical buildings, art, and eating delicious food.The staff was very professional and gracious. We had a nice view from our window in the annex suite.

We stayed in an annex suite. The bed definitely needed a foam mattress pad or something to make it more comfortable - you could feel all the coils and so we did not sleep terribly well. I’m not sure how small the rooms are if you don’t book a suite; I would more classify this as a “large room” as opposed to a suite, but I’m glad we booked the bigger size. For a “suite” I would expect to be able to sit and relax in the room, but there was only one chair (and more of a dining chair than a comfortable one). I would have been nice to have at least two. There also was a small fridge so we could store some of our food in there, and a little shelf with a coffee maker.

Sink in bathroom sagging from wall, though it appeared to have been reinforced from the bottom at some point, shower would have benefitted from hand rail given lack of stability from sink to step out of tub for older guest.

Super Clean and all people in are so polite and friendly. Location in heart of town.

Mattress to had like a piece of wood

The staff was very helpful and kind, warm and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and got an immediate upgrade which was just so sweet!!

Tastefully renovated hotel right in the center of town. Being a family business gives it a personal atmosphere. Underground garage directly at the hotel is very convenient when arriving by car.
