The staff was very helpful at coordinating Resturants and ToursSara was so helpful and caring ?

Location was easy access to the city and parking garages convenient

Our room was updated, had lovely patio, great bathroom.

Was great value...outside looks a bit older.

I liked the staff, the location , the garden with all the flowers, pool and bird’s cricket.

I would prefer at breakfast to have more vegetables .

It was quiet, the room was quite large, free parking in front of the hotel, restaurant beside the hotel, staff very kind, in the middle of the countryside and yet just 10 mins from downtown Parma. We didn't use the gym, and we should have!

The furniture and fittings quite old, bed mattress not comfortable, heating inside the bathroom too high and not controllable, bathroom walls not spotless, we noticed that pet were allowed but unsure if there are just some rooms dedicated for this need and unsure if they also clean blankets afterwards

It’s very nice and clean, good friendly staff. We have arrived after the reception closing time but they waited for us.

The hotel as always is lovely

We visited is March and saw the menu for the restaurant (we had already booked bed breakfast and evening meal) which looked amazing so as we knew we were coming back this way again only booked bnb so we could use the restaurant. Unfortunately the meal we were most interested in was over salted and we were not able to eat this which for us was very disappointing.

I'm only ever in an hotel for enough time to rest, shower, eat breakfast and get back on the road. I'm noise sensitive and wish other residents would return to their rooms quietly. I spent most of my working life in hotels as a crew member. I learned the etiquette ? Hotels should post the "Quiet please" sign!

Bed a little hard.

Breakfast was great, also the view and the swimming pool. Couldn't try the restaurant but seems to be really good food. It was always full of people. Staff was really nice as well.

the towels had stains and marks of ear wax and seems that they were there for many many weeks. It was not smelling good. And the bedrooms quality don't match the reception/breakfast room and swimming pool. They seem to be outdated. in the sense of, mirror broken not changed, the shower is old and makes a lot of noise, the tiles in the shower were either broken or accumulated some dark matter. The air-conditioning seems very old and it was not clear how to adjust it ( which makes the room super cold and the covers are not tick enough to warm you at night.

Air conditioning was a bit noisy and tired..and unfortunately..like most of Italy..mosquito central..so Windows need to be shut.

The after hour check in was super easy with very clear instructions... the breakfast was nice with a good variety of food choices... They have a wonderful coffee machine and even a full bar... the staff was mostly friendly... the overall price wasn't bad...

Our reservation wasn't complelty fullfilled... we order a double bed room and only got one queen bed and the BED was terrible... hard lika a board... the a\c that was supposed to be included was also not working with a note to just open the window... it was chilly outside so no problem with that except for the music/noise outside and insecurity of a simple screen to keep possible intruders out. I probably wouldn't stay again but it wasn't a terrible experience.

Bathroom was a bit 'tired'

I booked a 2 bed room. A double bed and a single bed. The single bed was terrible. It was not a bed. It was a sofa without any comfort to sleep. It was terrible. I didn't even have a sheet to put on the sofa. I had to take the blanket off the double bed and put it on the sofa, so I wouldn't sleep directly on the leather.And the receptionist it was not friendly. It was the first receptionist in Italy that I didn’t liked. It was rude, and never gave me a smile or a welcome word that I’m always used to when I stay in a hotel.

Quite location at periphery of Parma, good accessible from Autostrada with free parking directly at the hotel. 10 min by car to the center of Parma. Reasonable breakfast, but scrambled eggs already cold even breakfast time has not passed. Comfortable beds and daily cleaning. Unfortunately, outdoor Swimmingpool already closed. Staff not at top of customer awareness. In total, good location at attractive price.

Very pragmatic approach to late arrival, the gentlemen at reception was very helpful. The facilities were very well cleaned, even spotless.The lady that served breakfast was the true hospitality part, very useful and warm .

Very old facilities. Poor sound isolation of the rooms - at 7am the chorus of alarm clock was a funny moment. The lady at the reception in the morning was unpleasant and upset when she had to help me to get into my room because badge was not working. Gym had wide open windows with no mosquitoes nets on them resulting in hundreds of hungry insects approaching you whenever you would not be running in tread mill.

Never come back

Lacked positive vibes dark hallways and cleaners who just stare at you Receptionist wasn’t friendly and hotel is right near the jail. Not suitable for a single woman travelling on her own

Good for trips to Parma or Modena. Dogs can stay here. The restaurant next door is decent.

The sound insulation isn’t great, you can here a fair bit. Best to use this place as a base but not to unwind in.

Easy and secure parking under the hotel, which was very important as the car was full of household stuff and personal belongings. Very nice breakfast. The pool looked nice, but we didn't have enough time. The guy at the desk was able to help us a little in English. Nice restaurant just across from the front door where we celebrated my birthday.

Air conditioning didn't really cool my room. I was too tired to say anything as we had driven from Mulhouse in France however both of my sisters' rooms were nice and cool. Unfortunately, a quiet place doesn't really exist, even in very expensive hotels, so this place wasn't bad! All things considered, I'm sure that I will stay there again, as this is a frequent drive.
