we had a problem with our car and the staff was very helpful to provide us with safe parking and assistance.

Property is clean and stuff is hospitable

Parking terrible,they can’t accept my car because they are full and they recommend park on next door supermarket parking where my car scratched,also heat is working to high and can’t sleep and open windows so then is noise coming,bathroom of next room is behind my bed and I hear everything what happened in other room toilet

i was near where i needed to be and i had left something in the room...they emailed to tell me

It was hot out and the Air Conditioning would not seem to go below 78 degrees ....i had $150 of product but the refridg did not works, their answer to both..... give it time they are good...after 3 days...nothing! the elevator was located up one flight of stairs from the lobby....I understand why they have a NO Refund policy..

There is an extra basic breakfast with the room (which is not mentioned at the offer) and especially the last day (Sunday) morning waiter (lady) was very kind and gave us additional juice, milk, etc.

The hotel has a nice retro feel to it, is not expensive and has free parking.

The sound of a ventilator in the wall, or neighbourgs room was permanently hearable. It was not the ventilator of my own bathroom!

Location close near the bus station, nice staff.

Very uncomfortable small bathroom, not sound isolated so everything can be heard in the next room even when you close the door. Outdated non functioning hair dryer.

Hotel Residence was perfect for me because of its location, situated beside a supermarket, parking is stress-free!? the hotel is also near a pizzeria, an asian fusion resto and also a bank.. The single room is cozy, it has a safebox, small fridge, airconditioning. minimalistic but okay.. The hotel staff are warm and friendly..I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who want to see the city of Parma.

The lady on reception went out of her way to help me with the lack of taxis and was extremely professional and helpful. The room was very clean.

Provide some english channels on the TV, More plug sockets in the room. Fix sockets that were hanging off the wall. New Hairdryer, better pillows. Facilities for dinner/room service at the hotel.

We stayed here one night between Rome and Switzerland travel. I booked the room very spontaneous in the morning but they welcomed us friendly. The location was very good. The city center is 30 minutes away on foot and there are a lot of shops (big supermarket behind, restaurants and cafes). There are bus stops too. The hotel is old but inside was very clean ! The room is small but it was Perfect for our small family. The morning free coffee service and friendly staff was the another positive aspect. One staff was very kind and she advised us a lot of nice local things. We were allowed to park our car at the parking space till we left. We liked the city Parma very much. We had not enough time to visit everything therefore we would like to come back again !

We could not open the window... (it was very hard to open... maybe defect?) But we arrived at night and left next morning so it is not a big problem !

The location is perfect, next to bus stop, next to Esselunga, this is super convenient! And also the same bus stop to Fontanellato, a big plus! The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! Highly recommended to stay here!

Nothing even though no air- conditioning, it didn't bother me

I really liked the staff. They were quite caring and even gave me some (small) breakfast which was not included on my fee. Very generous.
