NH Parma

Wonderful room and a great location, just a minute from the train station doors. I was able to leave my bags when showing up too early for check-in. Interacted with several staff members over the 3 days and all were helpful, friendly and professional.

There was very little I liked about this hotel.

The firt morning had bugs on on my laptop. That night I woke up to have bugs on my arms in bed. In the morning I found many bugs on top of the comforter. I had to wash everything when I got home or fear that I brought bugs home with me. Showed a video.

The location was very convenient for us; right next to the train station and ~15min from the city centre by foot. The staff was very polite and accommodating; they helped us storing our bags until the room was ready and they were accommodating to our requests. The room was clean, tidy and spacious.

The room was very comfortable, perfect bed, perfect temperature, perfect internet.The breakfast was excellent and the staff very professional and pleasant.The location next to the train station is very convenient. The walk in the city center is only about 12 min.

The NH Parma is right across from the train station and an easy ten minute walk to the historical center of lovely Parma. Kudos are in order to the bar/restaurant staff, who took special initiative to let me in the hotel at an employees entrance when entry via the main entrance was unexpectedly and temporarily blocked off.

The hotel was in close proximate of where we needed to go.

As fas as I was aware I had booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. They said this was not the case and that I had to pay an extra 34 euros per extra persons

Breakfast was good, good selection with variety, bar staff were helpful & friendly. The room was nice & comfortable. It was clean. Room size was good

Location is terrible & the Staff not so helpful with luggage or garage etc. Was told to not leave anything valuable in garage. Westerners forget the air-conditioning, its controlled by the front desk. There is no panel in rooms so you need to call them every time you want it on or off even during the night, which i had to do both nights

It’s a nice hotel location across the street from Bus and Train station very clean and great staff…breakfast was great and the bar restaurant has an awesome server! Food was fast and yummy steak was perfectly cooked pizza was great with a great crust and pasta dishes were delicious!

Close to the train station as well as city center. Very clean, wide and nice room. Friendly staff. It was really a good value.

Everything: clean, modern and stylish, very spacious room (the bathroom was amazing), great breakfast, friendly staff, excellent value for money. Conveniently located just across the street from Parma’s train station, within walking distance of the city center, with underground parking available.

Beautiful room and very convenient to the train. We walked to nearby shopping and tourist sites. Their was a bike rental shop near the train station also. Top notch staff. Samuele at the front desk was very helpful making recommendations of what to see, shopping, dinner, etc. Had an Aperol Spritz at the bar before our evening walk. Yummy!Breakfast was amazing! Will stay here again when in the area.

There was no hot water on two of the three morning we were there. A mistake at checkIn meant we were ‘no shows’ and were told we would be charged €150 for this. Air conditioning was ineffective in the room we were moved to. Staff were indifferent to any of these issues - ‘well let you have the water from the mini bar for free’. Staff need training on managing guest experiences more effectively.

Staff were amazing, i think they love their job. Always willing to help and offer services with a smile.Breakfast is good and there are lot of options Room is neat and comfortable In room bar is amazing.

My stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, especially since I expected a higher level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, the room was very cold, and I couldn't feel comfortable or relax properly. The heating system was ineffective, which led to me catching a cold, making my stay completely unpleasant.I was genuinely surprised by the poor service, which does not reflect the standards of a high-end hotel. No effective solutions were provided, despite my repeated complaints to the reception, who failed to offer any real assistance. The energy-saving system was inefficient, as it did not provide sufficient heating for the room, making the atmosphere very uncomfortable.Additionally, this negative experience impacted my trip itinerary, preventing me from fully enjoying the beautiful city of Parma. I couldn't focus on my purpose for visiting due to the heating issue, which ruined a significant part of my trip.I never expected to face such an issue in a hotel of this level. I was shocked by the hotel’s lack of concern in addressing my problem and ensuring guest comfort. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue with reception, I received no effective assistance.
