The rooms

We booked for 4 (search: 2 ad., 2 ch.; room ¿sleeps 4¿) but then arrived and the system only showed a res. for 2. the room we had was the one we reserved (with a sofa bed). But we had to negotiate and to pay more. ¿Poor¿ for not being family friendly

The hotel staff was excellent! The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient. Hotel employee in the restaurant was fantastic! He was an awesome host and selected our food choices for dinner and they were fantastic! The breakfast was excellent too!

It was in route to Florence from Milan...good location in this respect.

The person at the desk was not friendly. He wasn't rude...just not personable.

Excellent location with free parking however feel energetic to walk about 2kms to city center. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and all services working. Hotel restaurant was also excellent with great regional food choices and good value with exceptional service by the two Marcos'.

Pool closure but we understand why.

Freshly decorated. Really nice room with lovely underfloor heating, comfortable bed, safe, balcony, and good bathroom. Short walk to Old Town. EV chargers too. Only stayed one night on a stopover but would go again if in Parma. They gave me a free upgrade, which was kind of them. Would be a nice place to stay in the summer when the pool is open. Would happily have stayed longer if possible.

good location off the highway, easy to find. free parking was what we appreciate. loading & unloading was easy via the parking lot being so close. and the balcony was so nice to sit outside & get some air before bed.

the floors were very dirty. rooms needed to be vacuumed or swept. laminate flooring shows every bit of dirt. these floors hasn’t been swept in days. safe didn’t work, no power. toilet kept running and running. old shaver outlet fried our shaver charger. pillows were very thin. also… this hotel is no where near the city center. someone else said a 15 min walk… it is NOT. it’s about a 15 min drive!

The room and interior of this hotel was so much nicer than some of the BW chain hotels I’ve stayed at in the UK. The room was very modern, clean and spacious, and our dog was welcome (even in the restaurant). The food in drinks in the restaurant was reasonable and of a very good standard, with very attentive service. We have an EV and had no problem charging in the hotel’s car park. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

There is nothing to dislike. We will return.

Remote location far from the city center

The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the additional two single beds for the kids- the room was big enough for us…. As expected for a BW. The room was clean.

We were irritated by the lack of clarity from the night staff. They told us the parking lot is not very safe and we should park in the garage overnight- the next morning we were charged 15Euro per night. We didn’t mind paying, but should have been told it would be a charge before we moved the car the night before. Similarly, we were told that kids eat breakfast free- false, the next morning we were charged for both kids , 10Euro a piece for my kids to eat a croissant and three bites of eggs. Again- there was literally nothing open in a 15min walk, so we would have paid either way, but should have been informed beforehand accurately. Parma was such a cute town- I would absolutely stay anywhere near old town and not at this hotel again.

Had a great nights stay! Fabulous dinner at their restaurant, the waiter Marco, kept our daughter entertained and she said best pizza she has ever eaten in her life! Great buffet breakfast too!

The room was with a king size bed which was small but typical of European size rooms. The room, bathroom and terrace were very clean. Their restaurant was excellent and their waiter Marco was awesome. Best food for dinner we had in Parma and so we had dinner there for 3 nights. We never had breakfast there bc we were always on the run, but did see that they had a very nice spread for breakfast.

You must have a car if you're staying there. There is nothing to walk to from the hotel. You can't take a walk after dinner. It's a bit industrial area, but It's convenence is that it's close to the autostrada and not in the center of Parma but 5 minute drive into the center.

Parking!! Spacious clean room. Helpful staff. Good dinner.

Location necessitated taxis into the city centre. Dark ensuite.

1. Excellent staff (!!!!) - one of the best we have ever seen2. Lots of things in the room and in the hotel. You could spend days there without feeling the time passes3. Excellent location! Close to all things in Parma

1. Room needs a renovation, it's very good but it's showing its age.2. A/C was not functional. If you suffer from heat waves, take into account this fact.

The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the food in the restaurant was delicious and staff very friendly. Hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice little pool area .Location perfect for central Parma

Nice interior and comfortable rooms. We stayed only for 1 night, so we haven't used it, but it also has a cute restaurant and there is a very nice pool outside to enjoy the good weather ?
