It's clean and modern and well appointed.

Our power kept going out in the middle of the night - the card slot was malfunctioning, so the power would go out, the light would come on and the slot would flash blue and red. Happened 3 times, and we left it off, so it got very hot in the night.

The shower was great, but very small

Very calm place with a nice entrance.

No ventillation in the bathroom- the reception lady had confirmed that once they planned to bulid in one but never finished this room, and there is only a square cut on the ceiling.

The room was very big and the bed was very comfortable. There was enough space to unpack everything.The breakfast was good with enough options for you to choose.

It’s a perfect overnight stop en route to or from S.Italy, if you want to stop off near the motorway. The room we had was spacious, exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely white, crisp cotton sheets & towels. Great shower & bathroom fixtures. There’s a selection of excellent restaurants nearby, ample parking and areas to exercise your dog. Friendly staff. A good breakfast served from 6.30am.

Clearer instructions on how to work the aircon unit would have been helpful.

Late checkin, very nice room, good beds, biggest rain shower I've ever seen :) it was a delight to shower, airco, very clean, good price (124 euro for 2p 1 night), free parking in front of the hotel.Fantastic pizzeria just across the street.

Very clean, all staff spoke English, perfect location for the purpose of our trip

Quite a distance from the centre of Parma, recommend using the bus to get around , after we booked were told the restaurant wouldn’t be open

This was a quick stay as I traveled along the A1. With that being said, the location was very close to A1. It also had a good breakfast included and an EV charger on site. The Wi-Fi was fast and room offered what one needs for a quick overnight. A plus for me was the shower. I generally find "rainfall" showers to not have good pressure but this was not the case here. Would recommend staying here should it be within your travel plans.

Easy access

The room was a bit dirty, hair on the floor and in the bed.

It was very hot and we slept with window opened and still hot.

Cleanliness. Modern facilities. Airy. Friendly staff.

No spa use included in room. Air con didn’t work.

Location was great for going in and out of Parma city centre.

Bed was a bit hard and could’ve done with another pillow.

Good standard hotel for a restful night in a well setup room. Good Aircon and clean .

No restaurant. Not far to walk to pizza place over the road .

The gym and the hallways on the 0 floor were filled with spiders everywhereFor a whole evening, night and morning our air conditioner was not working. I came down to the reception to let them know 3 times and everytime the employee said that according to his computer the AC is working, like he didnt believe me. The room was extremely hot and humid the whole time which made it hard to sleep. The third time i came down to let him know it still wasnt working he sighed and was very rude and raised his voice saying “do you want to switch rooms?!” And i said cant you just try to fix the AC and he just screamed at me “do you want to change rooms or not?!?!!!” It was very rude and it made me feel really bad.The next day another employee finally called maintenece that figured out the problem and fixed it

The hotel is new, big parking and electric charge is available; the decor inside is new and beautiful. Staff were kind and helpful. For being a 4 star, I didn’t like that we had only a pillow each, no bathrobes and unbranded and small bath products

Mainly the location. It must be great for business and for a conference but not for visiting Parma. It is in the industrial area and walking to the centre is not nice and one must cross the ramp to the highway; around just large industrial sites and car dealerships

 very clean, excellent staff and service, plenty of parking, one star Michelin restaurant in same area and the bistro in the hotel serves well priced and tasty food.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Bathroom amenities need to be better quality.

I don't even know if there are any points that could be classified as positive. Probably free parking and fairly friendly staff. Otherwise, unfortunately it turned out to be the worst hotel in our long trip to Italy.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is necessary to go to the city center by car or taxi, since at +36 it was simply impossible to walk. First of all, we saw fire hoses and fire equipment absolutely everywhere, they hung on the floors, lay on the floor, and some strange dirty rags also hung, as if they were drying. And we thought that maybe there was a fire in the hotel recently, which I asked the employee about, but she said that this is just a prerequisite for all hotels, but over the past 10 nights we have visited 10 different hotels and have not seen this anywhere. The room was ok, but not clean. Very dusty and you can see that the cleaning was "superficial". From under the bathroom, all the water flowed onto the floor and flooded the entire floor with water, which is why after a shower I had to crawl and wipe the floors from water. The room next door was open all 2 days, all the windows and doors were open there, and I always thought that something had happened there. The worst was the lobby toilets, clogged toilets and an incredibly creepy smell. It was in the evening. What my surprise was when at breakfast the next day I tried to go to the toilet and could not go even further than the threshold, because everything remained the same, only it was filled with some kind of detergent on top. Other people also resented having to go up to their room to go to the toilet. Breakfast, in my opinion, is very poor, dry pastries, terrible coffee from the machine, which is impossible to drink, as a result, we got into the car and went to have breakfast in the city.

Excellent location and very comfortable beds. The staff was particularly helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and way better than the standard Italian breakfast.

I liked it all.

Spacious and modern hotel.room are very confortable

All good the opening hours for the spa. Losing at 6pm It is too early…. Think about this scenario : You can come back from a day of work after a long day, or after a long drive. you expect a moment from you, don’t you ?

Modern

Property was in process of remodel I guess, several floors were completely dark with what appeared to be work crew supplies? Property stated there was a lounge, bar, and restaurant facility, but later found out it was closed. However, receptionist later let us know (after we inquired) there was a “ Michelin star” restaurant across the parking lot, but (after looking us up & down) stated “you probably don’t want to go there”! Actually, we did and had more than enough funds to do so, but after her response we went elsewhere.
