Need tea & coffee facility in room or have access for guests to use. We were refused coffee on both days of our stay.
Staff very kind, facilities were nice, location was perfect. Excellent breakfast..
The problem was the single bed in the triple room, really very uncomfortable. It was an old sofa with an uneven and sagging mattress
I stayed at the property for less than 10 hours, as I arrived at midnight and left at 8 am. Very positive the smooth check in done at midnigh, with staff member Fabio being very professional and helpful. For the rest the room was good, spacious and clean.
Bed was a bit hard and walls a bit thin, I could hear everything the others were doing in nearby rooms.
A block from the Violin Museum. A block from the duomo. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic staff a perfect stay.
The location is amazing rooms clean
The breakfast was bad we found expired yogurt and a cold omelet and we informed the staff.
Great location, good value for money, lovely rooms and staff!
Some more hot breakfast options would be great, but continental was lovely!
Room was spacious, clean and well maintained.Staff friendly and attentive.Location very good and central.
Good location
Rooms are not soundproof, bathtub was leaking, not well cleaned, construction started around 08:30 every morning…
we took deluxe double and the size was fine 30 sq m. The bathroom size was also good
it was a deluxe room with a big bed BUT two mattresses so sleeping in the middle was not possible. The entry door had a gap order so the light and nose where coming in all night.the hotel is run down and has no parking. it is NOT a 4 star .... 2 ... maybe 3 star at best. Not coming back
I booked a room asking for a view since the trip to Parma was for my son's 30th birthday. I would have been happy with a street view, rather they put us in a room overlooking the inside of the hotel with opposing room windows a mere 25 feet away that looked like a prison cell block, all concrete, very little light, and it did not make for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was included and was adequate
The room was dark, it overlooked a concrete roof just a few feet below the window. Depressing and not inviting. When we left someone had parked their large SUV in the driveway and the hotel desk never got their key so they could move the car. We were told to just squeeze through the side of the driveway between two metal poles. I'm an experience driver and still ended up scratching the car. But, we had to leave at that time and had no choice but to try vs wait around till who knows when. Poor professionalism on behalf of the front desk
Room and location were very good.
Breakfast was not at a quality level we had at other hotels on our trip. Food and utensils were occasionally not available . We had to search for an empty and clean table at times. This may have been due to one or two larger bus/tour/business groups you had in the hotel.
The common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and seating was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was very good.
Our room, 708 was clean but seems like it needed to be refurbished. We paid for a deluxe room but this did not seem to fit our description. The hallways on the first floor, which was where our room was, was very dark and carpeting old, also needed refurbishing. This hotel seems to host many conferences and tour groups. The night we wanted to have a drink at the bar there was an entire group in the bar area listening to some type of presentation. Seems they should have been in a private room at the hotel doing this. We asked the bartender if we could order a bottle of Prosecco which he did acknowledge we could do after checking with someone and then we went to sit in one of the common areas away from the bar area.
A very good welcome at the reception. Nice big rooms and a nice bathroom.
All good. Very very nice staff.Nice locationThe bed was excelent.
Everything was great! I loved it! Close to the city center, clean, huge bathroom, breakfast included
Nice position to visit city center. Large room and nice furnites. Good bed and large bathroom.
No cofffes in the room, more maintenance in the room could be nice
Breakfast was very good; we were there for a concert in Reggio Emilia, the front desk team is exceptional, gave us the room as soon as ready, called us cabs, gave us a Parma map, very professional and friendly. Hotel is close to the station (you can walk), convenience stores, pubs and historical centre. Very good value for money, I recommend!
