- The staff was very helpful and gave us the best dinner recommendation of our entire trip! Also, I asked for a feather pillow and it was delivered immediately. It was very clean!

- This was billed as a 5 star hotel. Internally carpets were stained and dirty, there were picture frames without pictures and towels were heavily worn.
- We couldn’t figure out how to turn off the light so it stayed on all night and made for a bad nights sleep. Ask before you go to the room.

The staff in the hotel were wonderful, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff, everyone was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding!
Location
Room Decor was dated and seemingly damaged and dowdy, no glasses for drinks in the room provided , just two paper cups.
The location is great! In the centre of Parma and also in a mall where you can find many restaurants and supermarket! Breakfast was good, had a variety of food and drinks.
Since this is a five-star hotel, we came in with high expectations. Unfortunately, there were a few areas where our experience fell short:1.After check-in, we had two large suitcases and several additional bags. The concierge didn’t offer assistance until I specifically asked. Even then, he didn’t use a luggage cart—he only helped with the two suitcases, while we had to carry the rest of the bags ourselves to the room.2.There was no kettle, bottled water, or tea provided in the room—none of the basic complimentary amenities you’d usually expect in a five-star hotel.3.When we arrived, the temperature was over 20°C. After carrying all our luggage, the room felt quite warm, so we tried to turn on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working. When we asked at reception, we were told that the AC is turned off during this time of year.
Location a little far from the centre for sightseeing. But just manageable so okay. The view from the window was looking at a KFC so not great
Car park. We were told it would be okay to park in their underground garage but our car got broken into and a lot was taken. Another hotel person said afterwards we shouldn’t have parked there so we feel we were mislead by the staff Now we have to go through car repair and insurance and just before Christmas this is really upsetting. Would not recommend this hotel
This hotel was very centrally located, which made it easy to walk to the sites in Parma
Unfortunately, the beds were very uncomfortable
The hotel was well equipped and maintained. The staff were very helpful. One went out of his way to take us to the gym which was hard to find. They lent us umbrellas and have good recommendations for shopping. Best of all was the restaurant. It rained one night so we decided to eat in. The food was very high standard. For example there was one delicious starter of raw minced fassone beef with caper ice cream, Parmesan and mustard sauce. Inventive and delicious. I also had the vitello tonnato and it was one of the best I have ever had. The breakfast was of a similarly high standard. Freshly squeezed orange juice, cappuccino made on request and soft tasty scrambled eggs. I would happily return to this hotel and certainly the restaurant.
Quite a long walk from the town centre. But it did have a car park right next to it.
friendly staff
AC is not cold electricity is off aome time
Nice enough area, the lobby was nice as was the breakfast which contained a lot of choice and was well managed. The room was clean and had quite a large bed and television. Not too far from the city centre itself and the mall which was very close was conveniant.
This was not a five star hotel experience. I understand that tea and coffee facilities are not as common in Italy, but a five star hotel should have glasses in the room? It felt as if the cracks were starting to show on the room if you looked hard enough.. The bed was quite stiff, the fitness centre was quite basic, difficult to find and was also not open at convenient times.. Though it is near the town, it is not that close to the train station and did require a 25-30 minute walk to reach.
Hotel is well placed in walking distance 10mins to city center, comfortable underground parking and warm welcome by receptionist
Hotel did not met expecations of 5* rating, it’s simply not 5* I would say great 3*, breakfast was very simple no vegatable / green salad available, servis needs to be called to get coffee …
I've been there twice. The service is fantastic. The concierge staff helped me with activities, phone calls for reservations and most importantly by holding a package for months that had been returned from the states in a mishap. thank you all!
Location
Room furnishing is badWalls color is extremely bad
Good location, quiet rooms.
Little options for room service. It was winter and the room was very cold, the heating is centralized so there's no way to regulate it.
Convenient location within walking distance of the town centre. Parking very convenient. Very attractive hotel and the restaurant was very good
The bed was a bit hard for my taste
Convenient place 25 min walk from the theatre, reasonable breakfast, a little impersonal feel though
Lovely place, super helpful and gracious staff. Good breakfast with many options. Great location close to center.
Reception staff, Stefano and Stefanie, were extremely helpful with excellent guidance for making our stay simply the best! Parking, calling a cab, information regarding the museum and directions. The ambiance led by design of the reception and restaurant area as well as our room decor and comfort of the beds was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious!!
It was a bit of a long walk to the part of town we wanted to spend our 24 in. Otherwise, no cons!
Really nothing. How is this property 5 stars. I thought the cab driver made a mistake. Absolutely no amenities. Not even a bottle of water. I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inns. The property is run down. Could not wait to leave!
