The temperature in the room ....not airconditioning nor heating

Very calm and surrounded by greenery with spacious gardens.Restaurant food was great and staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.Room services is great (special thanks to Omima) and a very special thanks to all the reception staff who helped me during my visit to book taxis and facilitate my stay at BW green city Hotel.

We stayed here just for one night on our road trip. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms and beds are comfy, staff friendly and helpful, restaurant was good both breakfast and dinner. Beautiful garden.Great value for money, would totally recommend.

We keep visiting this hotel due to our dog. There is plenty of greenery to walk your dog, plus some bunnies in the yard , which our dog LOVES to believe that she can chase them ? The stuff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the food was nice.

Small B&B’s are great but it’s also nice to check into a modern, clean, spacious hotel with a staff that’s there onsite instead of commuting by text. My room and bathroom were perfect, breakfast was nice, and the design of the hotel was really very beautiful. Agricultural setting with black bunnies also very nice!?

The restaurant boasts an exceptional setup and outstanding service. The staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a delightful selection of local meals paired with excellent local wines. The garden is also a nice touch. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning when I’m in the region again.

I regret not staying longer to fully appreciate the place.

I think the room was fine. Nothing special, quite small. Staff was nice and helpful.

Wifi network didn't work very well. The main problem was breakfast: 8€ for low quality food.

Big, warm and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent.

We loved our stay! The greenery around was perfect for our dog. The stuff was friendly, the hotel is quiet in general. A very nice atmosphere and together with the great bed we had a pleasant stay. The shower was also convenient with good pressure and warm water.

Even though the buffet in the breakfast was fresh and tasty, I would prefer a few more options. Overall it was great though.

Friendly staff.

Very basic and small room, that had a weird smell that we could not get out even when opening the windows all night. Stayed at much better 4* best westerns.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Receptionist-Harpreet was very helpful. She helped us with almost all our questions. Kids had a lovely memorable time - playing with the rabbits on the property.

Small rooms. Repetitive breakfast.The hotel is away from the Parma city centre. Please check with the bus schedule if you're using public transport. We missed We had to walk nearing 1.5kms at night to reach the hotel.

Breakfast was actually very good, better than we were expecting. We chose to stop here because it's convenient for the motorway and has plenty of free parking spots. We drove into Parma centre for dinner (10mins). The building is cool, the grounds were nice and we loved the rabbits. It was clean and quiet and the beds were OK but I've slept in more comfortable for the price.

The rooms were excellent and clean, and the zone was quiet. The staff was friendly and helped us by suggesting some excellent restaurants near the city centre. The building in which the hotel is located is suggestive, and they have a pretty garden in which rabbits roam around. The hotel also has a free spacious parking area.

The location was far from the city centre and might be hard to find. The bar prices of the hotel are incredibly high for the Italian average.
