Very clean, pleasant staff, great parking.

This hotel staff, breakfast, and room was fabulous.

Clean, neat and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good.

The pillows were hard, and the fridge was oddly sized. No coffee options. It was also frustrating that they couldn't accomodate a check-in earlier than 3PM.

Comfortable room

Beautiful home, comfortable bed, hot water in shower, great breakfast !

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The cost was inexpensive. On our over 2 weeks of travel in Italy and Switzerland, this was the most upscale accommodation we stayed in and the least expensive.

The hotel is near the highway but on the outskirts of Parma. It was fine for us because we had a rental car to get to the town center. We were there in April, and the hotel had not yet moved from heating to air conditioning, and our room was uncomfortably warm. The staff tried to cool the room without much success. Even with the warm room, we would stay here again.

Worse check-in experience ever!

Not worth for money! We booked this hotel for a late arrival for 1 night as a stop on our way to Italy. We booked this hotel after checking its facilities like 24 hrs. Reception, good breakfast, etc. etc. We booked the hotel around 23:00 hrs. and arrived at 24:00 hrs. On arrival there was no one at the Reception! We waited for a while and since no one turned up we rang the bell located on the Reception! No one came until we rang it 20 times for more than 30 minutes. Then an elderly person came, we told him we have a reservation and shown him the booking reference. He kept on talking in Italian, and we kept on talking in English. Then we started to talk in sign language like showed him the booking reference on my mobile, pointed him to his computer screen, still he just kept on talking in Italian and insisting no reservation! We repeatedly shown him our reservation, still he denied. After 30 minutes, he got some other reservations printed reservations from his table and shown us, but our reservation was not among them. We again asked him to check their reservation system with our booking#. Then he sat on his chair and started to talking alone. Finally he found our reservation, wrote my name on a piece of paper and asked it is ours! Then we said YES (we were almost to explode by that time). Then he sat again on the chair, talking alone. They he went to the printer and printed some 100s of pages and thew them away! As our patient ran out I called booking.com and complained the nonsense we experience, unfortunately booking.com person who spoke slower than him (though sound a young person). Booking.com person repeated every word I said to him……it took another 30 more minutes with him, and by the time Reception person gave our check-in document to sign and took pictures of our passport. Then I disconnected booking.com man and said “never mind” without wasting more time! Breakfast: It had enormous amount of Sweet stuff than normal hot items so not worth at all

Good location, close to the highway and the downtown as well. Friendly staff and great coffee in the morning. There are enough parking places just in the front of the hotel.

Lighting and heating could be better. We couldn't really adjust the heating and it was quite noise, typical fan coil heating & cooling.
