Hotel Button

Location, cleanliness, breakfast, style of hotel and friendliness of staff.

It really is as cute as a button! Great boutique vibes, excellent breakfast options, straight forward room and very comfortable beds. The a/c works great and the bathroom facilities are all great. An uncomfortable situation was quickly resolved with excellent customer service.

WiFi was spotty and the towel warmer would not work/was leaking and needed repair.

Very spacious room and super friendly and helpful staff

I’m not sure what was on the roof, but the activity was very noisy in the afternoon.

Location is great .

Staff is so so reaching the hotel by car and the info from hotel was very difficult

This was my second stay at Hotel Button and I really adore this hotel. It’s very well located, incredibly clean, superb staff and cozy warm in the winter. This is not a renovated hotel so the furnishings are a bit dated but it’s exceptionally well cared for and the price is very reasonable for the experience. I recommend without hesitation.

The location is very central. The staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is very pretty and well kept.

The room is a bit too simple and it was really loud during the night, probably because there are bars/restaurants nearby. I couldn't sleep very well.

Friendly place, good location in center of town, very good breakfast buffet, very good staff in dining room.

Lovely small hotel in perfect location. Nice staff & good breakfast.

Ambience, bathrooms were incredible, excellent decor.

Difficult to drop off bags at Hotel due to ZTL Zone location.

Fabulous location in centre of town but not on a road just a laneway. Great king size bed.

Very basic.

Convenient location and close to train stations, 15 minute walk.

Very noisy in the evening and night due to restaurants & bars.

Great location in the center of town. The hotel is nicely decorated, colorful and a bit whimsical without being kitschy. Breakfast is good, options are somewhat limited but the quality is very good.

Good location. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location. A 10-minute walk from the Goito parking (be careful - very tight entrance, you will need to fold the external mirrors to avoid scratches!). Reasonably priced. Small yet clean room, havevy old-school key tag. Basic breakfast. Stylish interior.

Receptionist should refrain from asking questions "which street did you enter the Goito parking" and issue the limited traffic zone application upfront.

The staff was super helpful. My travel plans were delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, and they were very accommodating, holding my room while I sorted out my travel arrangements. They then helped me check in well after check-in time and ensured I could get to my room without any complications. The rooms were plain, but comfortable, secure, and quiet, exactly what I needed to get some rest before continuing on my journey.

There wasn't much of a view from my window (it was underneath a balcony across from another building in the alley), but I wasn't planning on staying in the room except to sleep, for which it was great bc it was very dark and cool.

Great location! Air conditioning worked well during a heat wave. Large bathroom and good sized room. Quaint vibe. Didn't try the breakfast bc wasn't included in my rate. Bag storage available!

Some of these older hotels have mold on the tiles in bathroom - doesn't bother me but a detail that could be fixed.

Excellent location in the center of Parma, lots of great things to see, near to shops, restaurants etc. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great location in central Parma in a historic building.

Breakfast was not that great.

Great location and helpful staff.

Interior view of nothing but otherwise a good stay.

A great base for discovering the delights of Parma with comfortable beds and a delightful breakfast. Staff helped organize taxis during our stay.
