Room

I was unaware until I arrived that I was in the annexe ( or even that there was an annexe). I arrived late and was told the shuttle had finished so I ( female in my sixties, travelling alon) was left to walk to the annexe with my luggage alone

Close to main streets. After a long drive, the juice in the reception area was extremely satisfying and refreshing.

No parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, I renewed my room for 2 more days.

They upgraded us to the nicer location at no extra charge.

Clean and well maintained

The external building was a bit farther than we would have enjoyed, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed staying there by myself as a woman, since it is attached to a bigger parking structure and just feels a bit abandonedRoom was very cold when we walked in

The room was in a very nice and central location, but in a quiet street. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. Big bathroom with all the amenities.

Our room was facing in the external corridor, so there was noise in the morning when the housekeeping stuff is moving trolleys etc. If you have the window closed is just fine, but we had it open since it was a bit warm and in the morning you can hear the noise

The room was OK and clean.

They sent us to a different building three blocks away in the rain. Card keys that didn’t work days in a row. Temperature control not efficient. WiFi not good. Staff not understanding or sympathetic to our issues.

Very central location, and the room was clean. The shower was great. Our room had a nice view. The hotel offers free coffee and juice and some small snacks in the lobby which is nice.

The room was very small and the bed as well. A bit noisy with the window open. The cost was high compared to the hotel level and room.

Once we arrived we received an upgrade from the Annex to the main building. The location of the hotel is very good and close to everything and in addition we had a great view from the window to the river. The bed was super comfy and they have a good breakfast option. On our last day we had to leave before the breakfast but we received a coffee and a cornetto to go. It was so sweet from them.They offer good parking options. The 1st night we used a car park that was about 400 meters away but for the next day we received a parking place just outside of the hotel and that made our early morning leaving much easier.

Not much. Arrived as planned and was told we were staying in the annex 500 meters away.we were given a map with a line on it to follow. The annex is in a parking garage -almost impossible to find the entry, the correct elevator and the room.

Due to the booking.com's technical error my booking happened twice within two minutes difference and despite the hotel was known to this fact, they didnt cancel the second booking soonest we reported to them as no phone number in italy or internationally was working available on booking.com site. the staff responded very rudely that this is booking.com's fault and they should address this issue which is still not looked after by booking.com's team. the rooms were very small with Moldy and musty smell. the hotel location was told us not the same and they have another building about 400meters away but since it was not mentioned and map took us to the main building so they upgraded us in the same building. The property refused the request to cancel and return the amount stating that it is the mistake of booking.com and i again requst booking.com team to lookinto this matter and refund the amount.

I believe for this price, the rooms deserve t0be equipped with a water percolators /tea bags/ coffee especially in Winter

The bathroom equipment is a little bit old

The Hotel is decently located very close to the center and there is a secure parking at a very affordable rate (12€/night).Check-In was ok and swift - for the rate that we paid and the fact that we just stayed one night - this was all 'very ok'.

In front of the hotel there is a rather busy street that you (can) hear all night long - hence I would be cautious to consider this for a longer stay. We had room 103 - there was somewhere a super annoying dripping noise (probably from the heating/air con).Our room was clean yet the last serious renovation is some decades back - some of the back fittings (eg towel rack) were a bit worn out, some for the bed.

The room was very noisy, with a constant, loud 24/7 disturbance coming from the air system. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The staff confirmed that all rooms had the same issue. It's unbelievable for a hotel where the primary purpose is sleep, and this fundamental aspect was not met

The room was not located in the main hotel building, but in a separate building far away. The taxi had already left, forcing me to carry my two large, heavy bags alone. The staff were completely indifferent and even smirked at my distress. Absolutely unfair and dishonest. They constantly displayed a complete lack of concern regarding my complaint and any requests, consistently responding with a negative. Furthermore, they erroneously charged me a double occupancy tax, which they refused to reimburse, citing impossibility. All absurdly surreal.

Rooms big like a whole apartment on your own. The bathroom also is big and perfectly clean. Good price for this nice 3-star hotel.

Can be a little hard to find the place at night, a little more signals would be helpful.
