Very helpful staff, excellent location, comfortable & modern room, rich breakfast. Plan to return for a longer stay.

Breakfast was not rich in variety but very tasty. Fresh orange juice!! Perfect lemon cakes. Real croissants.. everything fresh & very high quality..Nearby & easy to walk to public COVERED parking garages are good but expensive.

The neighborhood at late night does not feel safe. NO PARKING PLACE (as usual w/all Italian cities..) Need 12 min. fast walk to reach city center..,No coffee & tea in the room.

I was looking for a hotel with parking, it was important for me, I found the hotel Savoy option, it said, its own indoor parking, and when I arrived late in the evening, the reception offered me paid parking, which was a 5-minute drive away, and a 10-minute walk back with my things, so I went to another hotel

The room is small, and the man at the front desk, bald headed was very rude, unfriendly and being racist to me and my friend. I’ve been to different hotels and I’ve never seen a hotel that doesn’t allow a person to see you for a while in the hotel and leave, This man asked my friend to leave like he was talking to a child or he will call the police on me, I even explain to him that my friend won’t stay for too long, he didn’t listen and so many more but above all my stay at the hotel was bad, uncomfortable

The breakfast was fantastic! The hotel was very helpful with map and directions to dining and historic sights. Would stay there again!

The hotel was very nice and with a nice breakfast room and the service really good.The breakfast was excellent.

I only missed a comfortabel chair in my room or a lounge area where one could sit comfortably and relax or read.

My wife and I took ages trying to find the right hotel for our trip to watch rugby in Parma and visit other areas. We made a great choice in the Savoy Hotel, it is ideally located close to train station and centre of Parma. The rooms are just what you need, clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and we loved the breakfast and the care the owners gave in making sure you were happy. We actually stayed once, moved to lake Garda and booked again on our return for the next rugby match. The hotel is quiet and you must book, you won’t be disappointed!. Thank you Savoy Hotel.

Nothing not to like.

My stay at Savoy Hotel was very pleasant with a comfortable, quiet and well-equipped room, a nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The location of the hotel was perfect for me: only a short walk from the railway station (I travel by train) and with all the local attractions within walking distance. There is a shop selling famous local specialties just around the corner of the hotel and a supermarket nearby. I can recommend Savoy Hotel.

Very clinical! Felt like a hospital. Pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast was good considering they don’t have cooked options.

Honestly nothing

Breakfast was decent.Parking is quite close and costs 12€ per 24 hours.Reception was quite helpful with where-to-eat recommendations.Distance to the city center is fair.

Room was not clean. Dirty pillows were exchanged after warning the reception.Luggage rack was small even for a carry-on and only one in the room.

The property is centrally located, the bed is very comfortable and breakfast is high quality.

The location was great. A short 10min walk from the train station & the historic city centre. Our room was on the 1st floor facing the street but was amazingly quiet. There were also good blockout curtains on both windows. The bed & pillows were comfy & bathroom was a good size with plenty of hot water. The breakfast included was continental but had the best coffee & you could get pancakes made to order. The staff were all very pleasant especially the lovely lady who oversaw the breakfast. Good value for money & we would recommend this accomodation.

The entrance is not clearly indicated.During the night the reception is close and it is not possible to go In or out freely.In the bathroom a window that could not be opened.No parking.
