Fantastic breakfast, just like the picture! Who knew you could have cake for breakfast.Handy for both the train station and the old town, 5 mins from each.

The staff was great- they recommended places to visit, and the location - the hotel is close to the historical center, and there is a convenient supermarket nearby. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the continental breakfast.

The shower in the room bathroom is very small, not so comfortable.

They made it easy to store out luggage, check in, get in late after the front desk closed and they provided a nice little breakfast.

They didn't have family rooms available and put us on two different floors.

The street was not very safe and at night the glass bins were emptied, which resulted in lots of noise around 2am in the night. The breakfast didnt had a lot of fruit and was mostly sweets, would be great to have some savoury options as well.

Staff was good, breakfast was good, room was nice. Location is close to the train station.

The area was okay, but not great. A very average- looking street. Not as close to the tourist areas as other places.

The people were nice and helpful. It’s well situated for station and town. There’s some good food shops nearby. Inexpensive. Clean.

Security - there’s an unusual out of ours entry system which you use with your phone and internet. It worked for me, but I didn’t feel confident I would always be able to get access. It was out of action one day. Breakfast was adequate but the hot food wasn’t as good as other comparable hotels.

Stayed there just for a night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have scrambled eggs/ sausages which is very unusual for Italian breakfast. Generally speaking breakfast was great. Location was perfect for me, because it’s very close to the main train station. Was perfect for one night.

A very cosy hotel that I would choose again if I come back to the city. The location is great, very close to the city center. The room as well as the common areas were very clean, the breakfast offered many choices all of them tasteful and the staff was very friendly.

The bed was awful - I could feel the springs every time I moved. The hotel can't help this, but people hang out on the street and are very loud- earplugs helped.

This is a simple hotel in the center of Parma. Rooms are rather small but clean, the location is great, very close to the railway station and in walking distance from all historical buildings in the center. The staff is super nice, and they serve a good breakfast in the morning, including cappuccino, housemade cakes and some selection of cheese and cured meats. That was good!

This looks like a rather old-style family-owned hotel. Nothing bad about it, I actually really appreciate small independent hotels, but the rooms are a touch out of time for being in 2024. Rather basic comfort, a very small desk in the room (not super convenient to do work in the room), there are few lights in the room (just a central bulb on the ceiling and only one tiny light on the night stand). The hotel still has the old disposible soap and shower gel/shampoo, they should switch to the environmental-friendly dispensers on the wall! Same for the breakfast, it is good, but please get rid of the plastic cups for the water and juices. Please provide reusable glasses (also in the room).

The room was spacious and clean. There is a fridge in the room which is quiet useful.The breakfast is probably nice if you arrive early.

They sent me a checkout time different to what's shown on booking.comI had breakfast in the last time slot and there was not much to eat. The other guests literally offered me their leftover eggs so I can have something.The bed was nice but personally I like somewhat softer matresses.

The hotel's location was great, just a few minutes from the central station. Also, we could go to the city center just by walking for 10 minutes.

Actually, there was no negative point about the hotel. Very kind staff and we liked the breakfast. Maybe just they can improve the breakfast part :)

Perhaps some more toiletries. A tad basic but not a complaint as such.

The hotel is extremely clean, the staff was really kind and helpful, they went the extra mile to accomodate my requests, including an intolerance for breakfast. The meal itself was delicious every day. The location of the hotel is perfect, very close to the train station but also to the main monuments and places of interest. Overall great stay
