It has many pools, the food and restaurants were great, the beach side was also nice and smooth

More care about the cleanliness and cleaning of the room, and also strengthening the internet is recommended.

Room was spacious for our family. Lots of activities for kids. They keep kids engaged until night 9:00 pm. Aqua park was very nice with good slides. Enough varieties of dishes for all 3 times. Always there was something to eat.

AC is not that great . Even after running for 4 hours, we started sweating and were not able to sleep in the bed.

All the facilities, pool, beach, food. Very nice and clean hotel. Clean pool. Food is exeptional, so many different kind of food. You can get water bottles in many places. Nuts in cups are great. Aqua park great for kids. Very satisfed about having extra different kinds of pillows in the room. Hand Sanitisers in many places in the hotel in a plus.

Room is not 5 star resort room. Could be bigger with some decoration. Room wasnt sparkling clean (there were some water stains in the bathroom and on furniture. The bunk bed was awful. It was creaking so much that all in the room woke up if somebody in the bunk bed moved just a little. The matress was to small for the size of bunk bed.Near our room was like garbage spot for hotel. Every night we woke up when they were dumping glass bottles to the bin. The same in the morning when garbage truck picked the bins.

Definitely the waterpark for the kids!That’s where we spent most of our time.The beach is beautiful too, probably even better in summer to enjoy to the fullest.

The food was terrible!It has a lot of different food, but still not a variety of tastes! For the kids is always just fries, mashed potatoes and noodles, sometimes weird looking sausages, you don’t even wanna try.The quality disappoints.The mattresses are awful, hard like stone, cleaning is not the best, every day still sand everywhere.Bathroom a way too small, bathtub is too high to get in and out. Water pressure is incredibly low. Water temperature switches from ice cold to burning hot, without touching anything to change.Some of the staff members are nice, but most of them don’t seem to be happy to have you as a guest. Minibar is a joke, two juices, two sodas and some water and a cheap beer.Everything else you’ve to get from the bar or any other coffee shop, which is open at the time.With many kids very exhausting.Loud music until at least two in the morning from the disco and you can hear everything thru the door from outside at the hallway. Running and screaming kids and people don’t let you sleep too tight.

Wifi was unstable, sometimes worked fine, but sometimes didn't connect at all.People in the MiniClub would be nice to understand at least English.

Standard Rooms are smalls considering five star hotel and resort. Food is average and variety is limited. There is grill section within the all inclusive option which no Turkish kebabs which is their specialty. Cocktails are like sweet drink. Late dinner only offer two same dishes everyday.

Considering we went when it was still slightly out of season, it isn't fair to comment on certain aspects like the water slides being closed(not advertised on Booking.com) or a lack of evening entertainment/pier being closed.1 - The RestaurantThere is a good selection of food available and more than enough for everyone to have plenty. However, the majority of food wasn't really to our taste but what we did try was delicious. Many of the items cater more to Eastern Europeans but i understand why. There could be a section for children specifically. There was a great variety between Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The desserts were incredible with amazing variety, compliments to the chef.2 - The RoomsWe had a nice view from our room. It was a good size and had everything you'd expect or want. The refillable mini bar was a wonderful inclusion. The turnover for cleaning and tidying of the room by staff was extremely fast and we felt welcome by the decorations left in the room. Everything felt safe and secure and blocked noise elsewhere well. The TV could use more English speaking channels. The Air conditioning did not work but this wasn't a huge issue and we didn't mention it because it wasn't too hot.3 - FacilitiesAs it was out of season we didn't use all Facilities but we loved the overall grounds of the resort which was fun to explore and relax in. The gardens were all very well maintained and all the pools were clean and in good working order. The exceptional beach nearby was beautiful and there is an abundance of seating. Credit to this resort for high level of accessibility for people with a pram or that require additional needs like wheelchairs. The shopping mall offers everything but it was overpriced.4 - StaffThe staff were helpful when we required some help like getting a taxi. We didn't have issues with communication in terms of English speaking.

No ATM on site and the nearest one is a 20 minutes walk and is not ideal at night. The lifts are old fashioned and feel like they are on the verge of breaking down.The layout of the rooms is a bit confusing because everything looks identical. Some color coding or giving sections a specific name would be helpful.No option in the restaurant to get your own soft drinks. Only juices, water or hot drinks. Again, more options for kids in restaurant for fussy children. The ice cream bar was not self service and was stingy and basic.

Air conditioner in our room wasn’t working and when we opened the window we faced a lot of insect so we suffered a lot from insect bites..WiFi was weak .. indoor pool opened for 3 hours only …toothbrush not found Three stars service not five

It is very hospital place. Check in and check out are well organised and very convenient (hotel let you check in early, breakfast is free even on check-in day; on the last day they will let you have lunch, leave beach towels until the last minute, there are showers and dressing rooms available, so you can drop your luggage at 12 and keep using hotels facilities until your transfer time).Food is always fresh, various, nicely served. Fish is offered every day. Wide variety of fruits and vegetables, national cuisine is presented as well.Beach facilities are great! There is enough sun beds, umbrellas. Showers and toilets are clean and just near the beach. All is clean, wide line of sand where you can play beach volley and other games.Hotel territory is well maintained, very green, lots of places to sit and rest. Both swimming pools are large and clean as well. Small aquapark is 3min walk from the beach and free of charge.Majority of guests are from Germany. Very friendly atmosphere.I can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a good value for money!

WI-fi is not always good. Especially when you are on the beach.Beach bar has limited options for kids.

It was our second stay after 7 years. Everything was really good. We enjoyed our stay, facility, beach, pool - everything is very close to hotel so you do not lose time. We were travelling with 2 kids, servers at the restaurant were very helpful, kind towards our kids. They tried their best to entertain them so they will not cry. Aquapark, beach, pools and especially kids pool was super as well. The stores in the hotel was also nice, prices are high but it had good choices for us to buy some beach toys for our kids. Entertainment team was excellent. I enjoyed every moment of entertainments, shows :) Food depends to your mouth taste, if you like Turkish food style you will not stay hungry. For us it was good, different food choices, breakfast was good, lunch was so-so, dinners were good. The other restaurants also offer nice food choice. Overall, thank you to restaurant servers, chefs, reception team, entertainment team! Also staff from Azerbaijan were very hardworking, thank you guys!

Housekeeping team needs to improve their service. I have worked at a 5 star hotel for 7 years, and I know that housekeeping could be better. 1st issue was that despite the fact that I have put Do not disturb (DND) sign, as I had terrible headache and put my baby to sleep and i myself slept as well. Houseeeping knocked on the door, then entered the room with her key and woke up my baby and me as well. This was really disturbing moment, they should be attentive for DND sign. Also our shower gel has not been refilled for 2 days - this is a hotel which has pool, beach - it means people are going to take a shower many times during the day. We had only 2 shower gel for 2 adult and 2 kid, after 2 days we called and asked for some shower gel and went to the beach. After our return we saw 10+ shampoo and body lotion (we asked for shower gel) thrown into our bed (!) and the lid of one of them was open and was spilled to our bed. I think this behaviour is totally unaccepted - we felt as if I will say in Turkish "alın, başınıza çalın".

Aqua Park was fun for the kids. Some activities for kids was fun. Especially moto cycle event.Food was goodDrinks also.Clean toilets.Clean rooms.

No ice cream in Aquapark. Only buy ice cream but didn't take credit card. Only cash.Only one place to get drinks with long queue without shade from sun.Very expensive gift shop.Gym was in very bad shape.Towel service didn't really make sense to me( only change towels in certain hours)

Resort is nice for families and had good activities for all family membersThe location of our room was greatEvening shows were nice and entertaining except the karaoke and Bingo, the presenter was very goodEntertainment team were working all day, as you see them at 09:00 am all the way till 12:00 mid nightThere are restaurants and bars in all areas, thus making it easy to get something to eat or drink either at the pools or beachThe aqua park was nice and not very crowded, also staff were always there to ensure kids safety, so kids really enjoyed itThe kids club was very basic, but had few activities that my kids enjoyed e.g. Zumba and trampoline classes, stone painting,,, The Kids cinema was not working during our stay. Some staff were very helpful especially Mehmet at the beach and pool bar.The area outside is clean and did not see any insects or mosquitos throughout our stay, which was great.

The room was extremely dirty, there was dust and drink stains everywhere, old opened soft drinks cans in the closet, toys from previous guests on the floor and under kids beds. the floor was very dirty and dusty and looks like it is cleaned once a year.The room was also very old and bathroom is really small, the shower was leaking all the time and the bathtub was blocked, so water will take forever to be drained which is not hyenic. The hotel can be 5 stars but the rooms are definitely 3 stars or less.Some staff could be perceived as disrespectful, as they simply take your plates while you are still eating and clean the floor under you while you are seated for breakfast or dinner, which was quiet inappropriate for us, as the restaurant was not due to close yet and we were not late . Most of them do not smile or greet you and do not speak English so in order to ask for a spoon or chair or glass, we were simply using body language.

Actually every thing were great and comfort . But i suggest to have a golf car for transfer from the room to the swimming pole.. that's it .

1) the single bed matrass was pretty soft, so you could feel the springs under your back. They had no hard/firm matrass.2) there was no decaf drinks like decaf coffee or decaf cappuccinno3) lift was pretty small and often very warm inside. Outside of rooms in the corridors always hot since they did not turn on aircos in those areas4) every night at around 21.30 there was a loud music in the hotel ( i guess due to partying in the Disco). Even with the soundproof windows you could hear the music pretty well.
