Everything was amazing. We really had a lovely holiday ?. This has been our 3rd time in this hotel. Animation is very good. Nice and big beach ⛱️ We will definitely recommend it ?

It was great to be more seafood. The food was good but repetitive . The bathrooms need to be renovated. Because they are old and damaged.Everything else is good ?

We primarily chose this hotel for its spa facilities and because we could dine at the hotel - we were spending one night, breaking a long journey. Check-in was easy, parking was easy, the staff seemed organised, experienced and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The evening meal and breakfast in the main restaurant were nothing short of magnificent. A huge variety of food on offer, catering to a wide range of dietary tastes and requirements.

The steam room in the spa needs some maintenance. It wasn't operating when we arrived and the air inside smelled mouldy. There was a piece of wood missing at the junction of ceiling and wall and this seemed to be mouldy - although I didn't get too close. If this was repaired it would improve things.

Welcome was so poor, rest was ok.

We couldn't get the room at 14, waited an hour.

Great hotel for relaxing. The staff is very helpful and available. Various bars and coffee shops available all day. Great Guest relation helpful snd cheerful staff

They are a chain of different nearby hotels. I booked in a hotel i used to go then found it closed even bookings were open on booking.com. so, i found myself in different building, different type of room, different pools,..... Reception guys are very rude. The distance to the commercial street in Side is very far to walk and no transport nor shuttle organized by the hotel. Food is very basic with very limited variances, almost the same dishes everyday.

The overall stay was nice and good facilities. Nice food

Fulya hotel was closed, and they moved us to selin hotel (another hotel under the same group). They never mentioned that in the booking process and we were surprised. When I told them about it they just said that this hotel is better and I am lucky! Not a nice response. Fulya hotel looked nicer from inside and outside. The location is also far from antalya (45 pounds taxi). Alot of facillities like jacuzzi, bowling and games room are all paid not free.

    The price.

Noisy lobby bar in the evening and the fact we booked one hotel and were put in another. Food is average and not up to usual 5* standards.

It was nicely decorated for the Christmas Layla in reception was helpful and accommodating.

Subject: Urgent Security Concern During Our StayDear Layla Sayar,I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address a serious security concern that occurred during our stay in room 2403 following your prompt assistance in relocating us to the fourth floor. On Monday, December 9, 2024, my wife and I decided to enjoy a leisurely morning and had lunch around 11:30 AM. While in our room, we heard the door click and shouted, "Hang on!" By the time we reached the door, the individual had already left. We thought little of it and went to lunch.Upon our return, we were shocked to find a man in our room, standing near the bed and in between the bathroom. I confirmed it was our room by checking the room number and the belongings on the chairs. When I sternly asked him what he was doing there, he was seen pushing clothes into a gym bag and did not respond. At that point, a lady in a green uniform, presumably from housekeeping, intervened and spoke to him in Russian. He claimed that his friend had given him a key to change his clothes before leaving the hotel, as a bus was waiting for him. This raises several concerns:1. How was he able to access our room with a key?2. If he realized he was in the wrong room, why did he remain there?I reported this incident to customer service, but unfortunately, my concerns were dismissed without any effort to resolve the issue.Later that evening, around 8 PM, we reluctantly went down for dinner and encountered the same man, who passed by us. I approached the reception, where he was joking with others. I asked him again why he was in our room and expressed my disbelief that he was still present if he was in a hurry for the bus. The same customer service representative was present and attempted to explain the situation but seemed unwilling to acknowledge my concerns.

Very nice and clean resort. A lot of palms and green spaces. The beach is amazing! Friendly staff, delicious sweets and cocktails. That was my second visit and I would definitely come back. First time I was at Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua and second time at Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel. I liked that there were soccer tournaments and a lot of Turkish people in the evenings. It is fun to dance together with them.

Karaoke nights - it is not fun to listen to people that can't really sing. I didn't like that we couldn't chose the buffet restaurant. I prefer better the one that is for Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua because there are tables outside near the pool. Sentido Kamelya Fulya Hotel is more luxurious but bathroom is smaller than Kamelya Aishen Club & Aqua.

Big and nice territory. A lot of places for walk. Very good restaurant with a huge variety of choices.Evening shows are really nice. Beach is super big and clean, very comfortable for kids.

Highchairs for baby were not comfortable. Would be great if you could replace it with more convenient models like ikea. Still there are places in restaurants with small tables and chairs for small kids to eat so that’s not a big problem

EVERYTHING WAS SENSETIONAL! The Great Staff, the great food , the great bars , everything was just out of this world! Its my 3rd time in kamelya and everytime I get more surprised!!

The out side facilities were great, food was delicious most of the time, lifeguards did their job very well to keep everyone safe. The rooms in the main building are good. The team preparing the burgers at the beach were very nice, the ladies making the gozleme and sucuk sandwiches were very kind and humble, especially Esra, is a very polite person.

The guest relations were not professional, especially their manager Layla , showing carelessness about solving the problems and putting us at no options other than what she is offering.I booked two superior rooms with sea view, but I was shocked that my rooms were not available for the first two nights and I was forced to check in a lower grade room in another building with my two gown up boys using one bathroom. The main build needs more elevators , since two with a third temporary service elevator are not enough. The surfaces are extremely slippery, I slipped on the stairs and several times next to the pools.Showers in the spa are not working properly, splashing water everywhere, but not me!Housekeeping needs to improve their cleaning practices. Bakery section in the main restaurant is very weak.

    Terrible experience

Its starts terrible from the beggining. The staff didnt provide our room when check-in.They told that we had to stay 6 people on 1 room with a single bed and a double bed. When he had separated rooms. And later after a lot of efforts and contacted with booking.com. They provided a room to their other hotel and we had a shared bathroom.

What did I like? Definitely, the entire resort is visually appealing, although I must admit that guests were misled when booking their stay with promised attractions that were not available – but I’ll mention that in the negatives below. The staff was very friendly, and the management is lucky to have such amazing employees – from the receptionists, bartenders, waiters, and cooks, to the housekeeping staff. If I forgot anyone, I apologize. These people work incredibly long hours, sometimes beyond their strength, and still manage to smile.Besides that, the food was absolutely delicious – really tasty – and every day they added a touch of a different cuisine. As for the beach, it’s wide, sandy, and very close to the resort – practically within the resort itself. The rooms are spacious, and while the bathrooms are small, they are adequate. However, the bathrooms could use some renovation, as I’ve stayed in better ones at 3-star hotels, let alone a 5-star one. Each room is equipped with a built-in mini fridge – minibar – which is restocked daily with two bottles of water per person, a juice box, a mini Coca-Cola, Fanta, sparkling water, and a small can of EFES beer. Additionally, there is a kettle with tea and coffee, although they’re rarely used since hot beverages are available in the restaurant during set hours, as well as at the snack bar (I refer to the snack bar as a unit because it was the only one open for the entire resort). Finally, I’d like to mention the duo performing in the hotel lobby. The lady and gentleman sang beautifully in various languages, each fluently and with an excellent accent, which was truly impressive. Applause to them!Oh, I almost forgot to mention the SPA area, which includes an indoor pool, a steam sauna, a dry sauna, a hammam, and, for an additional fee, massages and beauty treatments.

Now for the negatives, and unfortunately, there are plenty. I booked a room at the FULYA Hotel within the same resort but was assigned to the SELIN Hotel due to a low number of guests. This information should have been communicated to guests prior to their arrival at the resort—that’s the first issue. Secondly, the lady at reception informed me that aside from some changes to the restaurant hours and the removal of early breakfast, the entire resort and its attractions remained unchanged—which was not true. Photos below.During the entire stay, there wasn’t a single event held at the amphitheater, even though the weather was beautiful and no different from what it was two or three weeks earlier. The entire resort (even though the summer concept is supposed to last until November 20) was shut down before we arrived, meaning before November 6.All pools, except for one at the SELIN Hotel, were closed, as well as the Aqua Park—nothing was operational. Essentially, the entire resort was shut down, leaving only a few sun loungers on the beach and one snack bar by the pool that offered hot drinks, desserts, or sandwiches. (Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free options for someone like me other than fries or salad. Between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM, I had nothing to eat as everything was closed.)All service hours were shortened, leaving a large gap in between meals or refreshments. At the pool, there was one bar open that served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks until around 7 PM. Of course, the bar in the lobby was open from around noon until midnight. There was also live music twice, karaoke once, and bingo once—that’s all the entertainment we had.The indoor SPA area was supposed to have a jacuzzi, but it didn’t and never will because it’s cold and doesn’t have any water jets. It’s just an extension of the pool with a sitting area.

    Location OK

We had booked another hotel, ultra all-inclusive. We got room in another hotel, the room was not clean, and the first cleaning took place three days after our arrival when we complained. We expected to use the theme restaurants (all closed) and snack bars (also closed), the service of three hotels (only one was open) The breakfast and dinner were served in the main restaurant, which was like a canteen of factory workers, not 5-star hotel restaurant. Not very tidy, hygiene level could have been better. We both got food poisoning. After we both got ill we asked the customer service for doctor. They said that there is doctor downstairs 24/7. We went there and there was no doctor, no nurse, no medicine. We had to manage our sickness days (4 days) on our own. We expected to stay in 5-star hotel. This was far from 5 stars!

the hotel is beautiful, a huge resort, location is perfect, beachfront. the beach is large and clean. The food is excellent.. The rooms are also very nicely decorated. Perfect hotel for families.the entertaiment was very good, there was always something going on in the hotel.you dont need to leave the hotel at all. But This hotel was a huge disappointment. The quality of service and the attitude of the staff were terrible.

when we arrived Staff didnt provide us the room we booked when we check-in. they told there is no rooms available for us ,we were with kids and i paid for our stay in advance,i paid for three room and They gave us only one family room at Ayshen for 9 person for 2 nights (our whole stay was 7 nights) .we didnt go to that room and finally, later after a lot of efforts and contacted with booking.com and after we talked with manager, they give us three rooms which i booked and paid for. Hotel staff was unfriendly at reception.
