The ac is fixed on heating and this wasn’t very good, also the water for drinking only two per day

The receptionists are kind especially Sude and Aysegul.

HAVE NICE VIEW FOR SEA VIEW ROOM. NICE & CLEAN POOL. GOOD BREAKFAST.GGOD STUFF

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Found BIG BLACK LIZARD in bathroom. FAMILY GOT SCARED. I talked to the reception about it, their response is they will notify housekeeping manager about it only!!! Dirty hotel. Not clean. Insects everywhere. Old carpets. Aisles in each floor smells like dead animal due to the lack of ventilation. Staff not cooperative. Room service is cheap & not thorough. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT.

Evrithing was at his place, the staff, house keeping, food.

Small language barrier, at a 5 star speekink more than your native language it's a must, but this wat not a problem just a small inconvenience.The staff is helpful

The bathroom was poorly maintained, the staff didn't pay any attention to anyone, there was a security person at the entrance who just wanted to quickly get you to your car for parking. They didn't care that we had two kids, one year old and three years old, and the staff's behavior was really bad.

Varieties of options are available for breakfast.

They need to work on availing towels as 3-4 days with no towels are in the rooms. We have to ask them every time to bring the needed ones.

Daily changing the bed sheet and the towels is mandatory especially if there is child in the room

The view is excellent and the price is accepted

Everything was good, the receptionists are kind. The rooms seem modern and there is a path to the sea from hotel garden. Thank you.

There is no housekeeping after 6 pm. This is bad.

pool was on maintenance in the middle of summer we went to the beach the water was warm and nice

Everything was just perfect, location, beach and most importantly the staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to Ms.Bushra for going out of her way to help us.

•The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — rich variety, fresh, and well-presented every morning.•The hotel has a private beach, great for short walks and relaxing.•The indoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.•Daily cleaning was reasonable and consistent.•Room size was acceptable and comfortable enough for our family.

•The jacuzzi was not working throughout our stay, which was disappointing.•We arrived early at 10:00 AM after a sleepless night with the kids, but the male receptionist insisted on charging us €50 for early check-in. Unfortunately, his attitude was not welcoming or understanding, which made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.•The private beach access was limited — we were asked to pay 180 TL per beach chair, which was unexpected and seemed excessive.•The room photos online gave the impression of a more luxurious setup — the actual rooms were decent, but not as impressive as advertised.
