The breakfast was fantastic, but the main thing is the location: if you're there to enjoy the sea, then it's only a bit of walking down to one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen (Blanca Beach)!

There was no kettle in the room and I had to ask for spare toilet paper when I was out (not sure they check if it's there or not). But maybe I just didn't look up the cleaning times or something.

Great location for us - close to the village with all its buzz, but just far enough out to be quiet and peaceful. Fabulous views over the bay, and great pool and outdoor lounging facilities. Very good breakfast, and helpful staff.

The bedroom needs some basic maintenance/upgrading, particularly with regard to lighting. A luggage rack or two would be helpful.

Gorgeous location away from the severe bustle of Kaş. The pool was to die for and we had a wonderful few days relaxing poolside and catching our breath before further exploration. The staff are lovely.

Hotel has a breathtaken view and the staff is super friendly. It was quiet and the breakfast very delicious. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend it!

Mattress was hard

The view was incredible and the pool was lovely. The restaurant was good if you did not feel like going into town.

I don't like to give negative feedback but I do have some suggestions. 1. The bedding is pretty but not comfortable. The owners need to provide a top sheet and a blanket. The beds are also rather hard. 2. I was there in May and though it was early season the pool area was not set up fully and the bar was not open. They should set up the sun beds and have limited hours for the bar area 3. The driveway to the parking needs to be better marked. 4. The owner was friendly but the rest of the workers did not smile or seem customer friendly.

Really tasty breakfast!

The room was very small and broken shower panel, water was too cold and I had to wait 5 minutes until it be hot, the door handle was broken also , the man from hotel reception said they would repair it, but the next day didn’t do this, I see that hotel doesn’t consist with the price for the room number.

materials can be higher quality in bathroom, like shower fell apart while I'm taking a shower and I had to fix it.

The road can be a bit noisy but overall not a big deal

The room was comfy and the views were stunning!The hotel owners and staff did everything they could to make us comfortable.

The hotel has a lot of stairs that will make it hard work for anybody with walking difficulties. I'm speaking from experience.

A bit far from Kas.

Nice view to the pool and sea, at night you can see many stars as no much light nearby. Breakfast was good, but the same everyday. Coffee was disgusting so next days we drank tea instead.

Our room was very old, dirt and stains on the wall, bedsheets and towels. Bathroom was covered with black mold, mirror was damaged and the worst is the awful tube/sewer smell that became very intense every night. I do not recommend this hotel, there are plenty options with the same price nearby.

1. No kettle in the room (the same as one year ago). Not possible to drink tea in the room if you want 2. The leg towel was extremely old and torn on the edges3. One pillow was soft and good. The second pillow was very hard, decorative, not designed for sleeping. We tried to ask to replace it, but it was replaced exactly for the same type. 4. No iron and iron desk in the room5. The lamp on the balcony did not work. So it was not possible to stay there in the evening to have some food for example.

Beautiful, great breakfast friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet location away from hustle abd bustle if old town Kaş.

The garden view room was a view of the access road to carpak...

The staff were amazing! Everyone was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the view was just as in the pictures. It's a great place to stay and I wish we could stay a bit longer!

The only thing that needs some improvement are the rooms. They are spacious and have a balcony, but they do need renovation. They were older than in the pictures and the wifi signal was very weak.

service and staff are amazing and fast! they are very kind and helpful. the breakfast is huge and very falling. the place is very comfortable and i really enjoyed my stay. the view/pool is amazing. i opt for the garden view but still had the oceam view. . i would stay here again and again.

The views are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is situated just outside the town centre and very short & inexpensive taxi ride to get in to town. That said if you want total peace & quiet, this is the place to come. So relaxing and peaceful.The breakfasts were very good quality, classic Turkish breakfasts.This is a family run hotel and all the staff are so friendly and helpful and we definitely return.

Nothing, it was a wonderful

Lovely spot with a marvellous view of the bay and islands. Infinity pool. Huge Turkish breakfast. Very engaging staff. Good parking. Clean rooms. Walk in shower. Beside charging

This some way from town but you can have a spacious pool and expect to be downtown. Great spot.

Amazing view

There was a smell of humidity in the room from time to time, we left the AC on, to refresh the smell of the room

The property was located about one and a half miles outside Kas, and it was too far to walk in to the shops, which was a slight negative, but I was able to hire a bicycle & later discovered that there was a fairly frequent bus service in & out of the town. The room was simple, but very comfortable. The bed was firm and provided a lot of support, which I needed, as I have a problem with my back and shoulders. The shower was excellent because it gave the option to use the normal flexible shower head, or a fixed power shower above my head. Even in high quality hotels you do not find this feature very often these days. The property had a very pleasant pool and also magnificent views of the bay and Kas in the distance. However, probably one of the best features of the hotel were, the superb breakfasts individually prepared by the hosts, who provided a tremendous amount of variety. Normally most hotels provide buffet breakfasts, and it is rare for them to prepare individual breakfasts with separate dishes in this way.

Very little, except that it was located a little far from any shops or facilities.
