    Pros +

    • Loved the beach, loved our balcony, loved the amalfy cocktail, loved the staff, loved the restaurant, loved the sunset views. It was everything we had looked for in a stay and more. (We’re vegetarian, so the restaurant was a great surprise)
    • The breakfast was delicious , and the view was amazing. I loved watching the sunset from our balcony in our room. The staff was extremely kind, always offering to valet our car for us. They even did our laundry for us within a day!
    • Our favorite stay of our whole trip! The staff was wonderful and super accommodating, anything we needed they were there to make it happen. The private swimming area was a dream to have, so relaxing and super cute little bar. The food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was amazing and having the ability to get in as hotel guests without advance reservations made it so easy after a long day. The views are incredible and we could spend the rest of our lives sipping the delicious cocktails by the pool. We didn’t want to leave!

    Cons -

    • The only thing that would make it better is if there was real juice at breakfast and an espresso bar. Everything else at breakfast was fresh and delicious, it would be nice to have fresh juice and espresso (even if there was an extra charge for it).
    • The room is small but it is not a big deal since we were only there to shower and sleep since the rest of the hotel space is so beautiful.
    • As other reviewers noted, the rooms and bathrooms are very small. This wasn’t an issue for us. Not the most comfortable mattress and lots of scuffs on the walls - cleaning the walls would have made the room feel as clean as it actually was. We enjoyed the property so much though we spent very little time in the room. The swimming area deck needs some work as some of the boards are falling apart and we had our foot go through one.

Excellent place, location, facilities, restaurant and most importantly staff were all wonderful. I have life time status on Marriott and Hilton so you can imagine I have seen a few hotels during my business travel across the globe. I have not seen a perfect team like this one, every single one I mean. Not a single ask/request was rejected for everything I asked they tried immediatly to help. The hotel appears to be renovated recently everything was like new. Of course the view from the room and restaurant are hard to beat. I'd say worth every single cent you soend here and guranteed we will come back next year.

If I have to think hard then yes the rooms are a little small but I knew that from some other commentators so no biggy as you don't spend much time in the room anyway here. My wife wished there were a few international channels on the TV.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!We arrived at the hotel at 6 a.m. due to an early flight, and fortunately, there were clean rooms ready for us. We were checked in immediately with no extra charge — special thanks to the staff for that! Our room was small but very cozy and spotless, and we loved the little patio area with direct access to the pool. The hotel has a beautiful vegetarian restaurant. Breakfasts offer everything you need — pastries, vegetables, eggs, fresh yogurt, granola, fruits, jams. You can also order lunch at the restaurant or in the beach area, and after 5 p.m. the dinner menu starts, attracting guests from all over the city. The sea access and private beach area are stylish and comfortable as well. There is also a bar nearby where you can order drinks and food.A special thank-you to the staff — they are incredibly polite and always ready to help with anything (ordering a taxi, making restaurant reservations, or assisting with any other requests). We would definitely recommend this hotel!

A couple of things to keep in mind:– The stairs leading down to the beach and the sea are quite steep, which may be challenging for children or guests with limited mobility– The road up to the bus stop (the only public transport option besides taking a taxi into town) is also rather steep

Beautiful dock and pool. Free parking.

Breakfast was just okay, not many coffee options. Rooms were quite tiny and felt outdated.

Staff is amazing. Great restaurant downstairs

Rooms are a bit small and sea is a bit rough to swim

The view, location, and service were top tier and made our stay fantastic! Some things to note for those looking at this property: the hotel is well maintained, the service is great, drinks are nice. Their ocean access is down a long set of stairs but it is not a beach, there is a platform that has stairs to allow you access into the water while you lounge on their comfy chairs by the bar. This is weather-dependent as if it is too windy they will shut it down (which is greatly appreciated- safety over anything is crucial). Definitely have a car on hand so you can visit local beaches if that happens to you like it did us. Also, the view is AMAZING! While the hotels are close to one another the room has great sound protection so you aren't bothered by neighbors.

The room was a bit small- which we knew going in but after our 2nd night the size got to us. But you're paying for excellent water-front access, service, and location.

Amazing view from the bedrooms, great restaurant, best sunsets, modern minimalist look and feel. Great private beach access and setup - no need to go to Kaputas beach. Staff are very accomodating. Highly recommend their restaurant.

The rooms are small, but that is the compromise for the view.

    10AlekseiPosted on: 6-15-2025

Well, we were left speechless - literally everything was exceptional! The location is mind blowing, collab with one of the best restaurants in Kas - Oborus Momus is top notch! Hotel personel are friendly and open-hearted! One of the best experiences yet) thank you!

    No such thing

    10ChenPosted on: 6-4-2025

The view by the sea was great. Staffs were exceptional, and the hotel’s restaurant was the best cuisine we had in Turkey.

    10FláviaPosted on: 5-27-2025

The Mavilim Hotel is the perfect place to unwind. It offers a peaceful atmosphere, a tranquil location, and comfortable facilities. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. Direct access to the sea made for a truly relaxing experience, and the food and drinks further enhanced our stay. A special thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff, whose warm hospitality made all the difference. They went above and beyond to help me recover a forgotten item, which I truly appreciated. We would definitely return and highly recommend Mavilim to anyone visiting Kaş.

Parking might be a bit tight in the entire area, but nothing unmanageable.

The property is in a beautiful and a secluded location in the Kas peninsula. The place is simple but very clean, the staff is exceptional, the views from the room and the property are exquisite and the restaurant is the cream on top. One of the best vegetarian restaurants I have ever been to.

    10AitolgonPosted on: 4-25-2025

Very friendly staff, especially breakfast was very very delicious and the view is stunning

    9LornaPosted on: 11-14-2024

The views were incredible, it was a modern and clean hotel. The attached vegetarian restaurant was delicious and had a lovely, welcoming terrace.

The rooms were a little small and the parking was on a very steep hill with limited availability. Not too much of an issue if there was space but it would have been tricky if there hadn't been.

View & RoomOur room had an excellent view and from the balcony (and our window) we could watch the sunset right in front of us. Right below we had the infinity pool, and the view was unobstructed all the way. As someone who grew up by the sea, it remains an unforgettable sunset to experience right from the room. The room was rather small, but the space was well organized (especially the bathroom), clean, and of good taste material-wise.The Infinity PoolThe same view from the room with a different angle. Ask for a beer - the attentive staff members will bring it to you - and all you need to do is to enjoy the sun slowly merging in the water.Staff & ActivitiesThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They booked tours around Kas for us (so-called "safari" and the boat tour visiting the submerged city), and we recommend both. Among all the options out there, we were glad we followed their advice (no hiccups). The tour buses came all the way to the street next door to pick us up and drop us back at the end of the day. They also reserved a table at the restaurant nearby, which is typically full every evening even end of season.Restaurant & BreakfastThe vegetarian-only restaurant next to the hotel (where you will have breakfast) is simply great. Turkish cuisine offers a lot of veggie options, but there are not a lot of restaurants who take it as their main concept and offer only vegetarian dishes - even less so considering the Asian inspiration. No wonder it's always full and wealthier locals eat there - the concept is unique and well done. The breakfast is more Turkish style with various cheese/olive/jam/salad options, delicious grilled peppers (with local Yoruk cooks preparing them), and you can get various egg dishes cooked just for you from the menu along with a typical buffet.OverallIt is on the expensive side of options in the peninsula it is truly worth the experience, if you like being away from the city center.

Sea AccessThe sea experience was just alright. During the end of season, strong winds often make the water wavy. While this may be seasonal, we recommend following the staff's suggestions to either visit the protected bays on the other side of the peninsula or explore swimming spots further away.

    10RebeccaPosted on: 10-23-2024

The breakfast buffet was great, but no meat (it is a vegan restaurant during the day and night.)! Options on the buffet were traditional Turkish: cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, bread, jellies, cereal. You could order (for free) omlet, parfait, avocado toast and a few other things. The location was amazing! The sunsets were beautiful and it was relatively close to the sea (maybe 20-30 steps down). The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that the bed was hard. I folded the duvet up and slept on that.

    10OliviaPosted on: 10-17-2024

We had the most gorgeous stay at Mavilim. The views over the ocean were to die for! Great location about 10 mins drive from Kas town. The staff were super friendly and so helpful. Also can’t forget to mention the breakfast which was absolutely delicious. Would 100% return for another holiday.

    10OleksandrPosted on: 10-16-2024

Not enough words to describe how happy we are. Everything is so good, the food, the views and staff friendliness are amazing.

    9SandraPosted on: 10-16-2024

Coffee machine with various types of milk was so so lovely to have- this was probably the highlight of my stay! An example of how small things go a long way. There is a selection of books to choose from which can be read in the lobby. The lobby is very light and cozy. Water in the sea is so clear, it’s stunning!Staff are very kind and helpful, I felt very comfortable asking them when I needed something.I booked a room with sea view which was amazing. Overall it’s the customer service and the kindness of staff which makes all the difference compare to other hotels I stayed in in Kas.

Restaurant is not inclusive, as it’s got only vegetarian options, so people like me who wouldn’t mind having ham and sausages for breakfast probably feel excluded. Would make more commercial sense to have a restaurant with all the different options including meat, vegetarian, vegan, etc.
