The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location is convenient and the staff were very polite, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety.

Breakfast was very limited, no omelet, nobody suggested drinks for us (juices or coffee) we had to ask.

Awful stuff. They didn’t let to check in for the persons listed in the booking using their internal ID. The guests had to go to other hotel. This hotel did not return the money for the service they did not provide

The staff were super nice, polite and helpful. The hotel was clean with a nice design. The breakfast was good, but expensive for Türkiye. As a person who travels frequently around the world, I should say that my expectation was a bit higher from this price range.

The bathroom amenities provided by the hotel (like, toothbrushes, etc.) should match the number of guests staying in the room — not just one set for everyone. The Wi-Fi was unfortunately really disappointing. The business room was not convenient at all. I had to ask the staff to connect the pc to the internet and the speed was so slow I could not get my work done.

Staff was rude and not happy. Property was very unclean and was sewer was smelling in the room. I would not recommend this hote.

Child under 16 not allowed in swimming pool due to this reason, we can’t went to swimming pool.

Professionalism of the staff, The room was well maintained and very clean.

It was exceptionally cold and the big windows acts as cold radiators but the staff brought us a mobile heater which solved the problem.

the courtesy and professionalism of front desk staff, always available to help on the needs. facility is particularly beautiful with its building design that allows to feel in open air.

breakfast, not at acceptable level; food choice is poor, nothing available to drink except water and tea, even simple like orange juice shall be paid as extra. breakfast staff very unprofessional, very often chatting between them without care on the client needs. Food that is available has good quality anyway.

the plug in the room was broken and air conditioner very difficult to set

the personnel were super accommodating. We needed an early check-in since my brother was a little bit sick. They tried their best to prepare the room as soon as possible.

Hotel and was located in good location and staff were very kind

Noise is terrible, you feel at morning as if you are sleeping just side of the road at ousite so the cars are passing nearby you. You can not sleep if you have not deep dead sleep person

It is a 3 star hotel with any facillities.only room and a low quality restorent. pool and gym not working. booking.com descried the pool and aminites of hotel but we can not use anything. brekfast is very low quality but staff very kind and helpful. I think booking.com should contol the description of the hotels before advertising them.

-Wi-fi service was a disaster -There was No iron in the room, it took 24hrs to get one, which was not working

The team in the reception were amazing, my mother is disabled, and we reached at the hotel few hours before the check in time, they already checked us in so my mother can relaxed in the room from the travel and this few hours was 7 hours before the check in time, I highly recommend this hotel

I liked Location, cleaning and staff

Getting traffic noisy into room so it is not possible to get deep sleep. Moreover swimming pool still under renovation for last two years

Grate location - so close to Shopping malls, the good restaurants just couple steps back side

SPA didn't work, But the main reason of our accommodation was its steam room. It was the fat minus
