I ended up not staying at the hotel (however, I had to pay in full) because there was NOT safe Internet connection. I booked the hotel to have the possibility of working using a secure connection (with a password).

Staff availabilty and assistance was brilliant

Value for money paying for just the room and an additional euro 15 for breakfast is absurd

Traditional breakfast for Italy, not too good for me from north of Europe... But personel was very nice and helpful, they were hard working for making a stay there nice and comfortable. Location of the hotel is nice, if you have to go southern part of the city - because traffic jams are problematic in Ferrara. But - it's not in the city center, where social life flourish...

Good option for one night stay. Clear, nice rooms. Solid standard.

Clean place. Very nice staff. They kept my luggage for hours before I checked in. It's about 25 min walking from downtown but also easy to reach using bus number 11.

Carmen on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for a bike ride into the center. Love the leather sofas in the lobby - wish I could take them with me. Easy surface parking for my van

Bedding. 2 single beds pushed together with one half bed width sheets. Seen worse but seen better. Did not like the white dog in the parking lot rushing and barking at me - no collar no leash just seemed like he owned the parking lot - did not ask for money but he was PIA.

. The staff at the reception are known for their friendly and welcoming attitude, and are always available to assist with any questions or needs. The breakfast at the hotel is also highly rated, with a delicious selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day off right.

The photo of the room was nothing like we stayed in. Very limited and below average compared to what is available

No coffee in the room! Aircon not good.

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom shower was good.

The AC would time-off and you had to restart it periodically. There was no restaurant although there had been at one time...the sign was still on top of the building.Check in at 5 pm is very late. We were asked to leave luggage at the desk. But our schedule called for being away when 5 pm would permit access. Fortunately, we got earlier access after an hour or two. The breakfast was minimal. It was spread out, but offered very little.

Location is okay, around 2 km from downtown.Staff was friendly and they have accommodated my need for early taxi. Even thought I asked for taxi, they have arranged a private transfer, which was okay but it should have been told in advance.

Breakfast was medium as choice and quality. The coffee is terrible for italian place, even the one from the bar. Its a shame to have such bad coffee and to be in Italy. Room was okay, however the towers are so thin that are not okay for bathroom use, neither for a hotel.

The stuff was very kind, helped us to get us taxi for planning concert. Also we can check in at 11h istead of 17h.Recomended!

Staff eas excellent, very polite. Room was clean and comfortable. Close distance to the city bus or short walk to the centre

Great value for the money: spacious and comfortable room with private bathroom, helpful staff. The position is not too close to the centre, but it is easily reachable by bus.

Great hotel. The staff was very nice, easy and fast check-in. Very helpful. Perfect location especially if you travel by car. The parking is extremely convenient. Very close to a good shopping places and some great restaurants.
