Radisson Hotel Ferrara

Updated rooms nicely done

Not the best location for visiting the old town

Very kind staff , good service and clean room. Also the restaurant worrh it

Loved the gym but it needed more free weight variety, especially in the lower weights.

The shower was a strange open concept and got the whole bathroom wet.

A relaxed comfortable environment in a convenient and safe neighborhood. Attractively designed and very clean, both rooms and the lobby and eating areas. Staff were wonderful. It was great, after a very long day of travel to simply walk across the street from the train station to me hotel! You can also catch the city busses at the station which makes getting around very easy. Staff will answer any questions you have. Lovely light breakfast with eggs, even. The dining area staff made great coffee drinks, too! I will happily stay here again!

A nice hotel with large, quiet, clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, and an excellent restaurant for dinnertime meals. Friendly reception staff and restaurant staff doing their best to provide the best possible service. Good information at the reception that helped us plan our trips inside Ferra. Very friendly restaurant staff who made our dinners even more enjoyable.

Very professional and friendly staff at the hotel and restaurant. Clean room. Nice breakfast. Had a great time.

15-20min walk to the old town center

Expectable & solid. It‘s a good hotel at a good price. Their marketing language, however, is totally exaggerated! There‘s no unforgettable experience expected, when you book a Radisson in Ferrara located near the train station.

The room is a little bit small but clean, silent even you are near at train station..recommended for tourist going to ferrara. Keep it up?

The room is clean, there is welcome drinks, fruits. The place is silent even near at train station. Recommended for those who will stay at ferrara.

We had an excellent overnight stay at the Radisson The receptionist on our arrival and the porter could not have been more helpful as we had a minor problem with our car . The room was modern, a good size with plugs and USB each side of the bed good lighting and large flat screen TV . The restaurant staff again were charming and helpful. The food good and well presented.

Rooms were very nice. Clean and everyone at the hotel were kind

Paid parking and parking far away from the hotel

Excellent reception service.Extremely clean, wide room.Everything is perfect about this hotel, except to noises during the night.

Rooms poor acoustic insulation is an issue. We spent the night listening to dialogues from nearby rooms, and hearing noises from anyone passing in the corridor. This was quite annoying, and that's why we'll not choose this hotel again. Nor we can suggest it.

Spacious and clean

The location is opposite the train station.

After several bad experiences with booking.com properties this was a welcome refuge.Nice clean modern hotel

There was some confusion over breakfast being included in price quoted not really resolved but the breakfast was very substantial

All is new, clean and modern.

Wery weak sound isolation between rooms.

The hotel is located across the street from the train station, which makes it very convenient. There are also many bus lines that depart from there, so getting around if one does not want to walk is easy. The hotel is very modern and offers many amenities. The breakfast was also plentiful and the breakfast room was run very efficiently.

Modern, clean, well-appointed rooms, excellent air conditioning, full breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, prosciutto, salmon, pastries and fruit. Staff at least bilingual and efficient.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel smells nice and my the room was clean.Radisson hotel Is close to the center. The gentleman in the reception is helpful and kind!Thank you!

My room was very small . I didn't like the breakfast.

The staff

The reason I stay here is because of the fantastic restaurant but the waiter Lionel has been removed due to no contract renewal

Standards, whereever you are coming to Radisson, are the same. We recieved same quality as in othera Radisson hotels, no matter where ita located.

Location. Lot of strange people around, doesn't feels safe.
