Best Western Palace Inn Hotel

Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Great food. On site parking

The room and the bathroom were average size, but nice and clean. There is free onsite parking that can accommodate larger vehicles like vans, campers or tall SUVs. There is easy access to the A13 highway, The hotel is located in an area next to multiple shops and restaurants.

The parking lot might be full in the evening, but there are enough parking spaces in the surrounding area.

Wasn’t aware of the distance from the city BUT if it was closer to in the city definitely would stay again Staff excellent Room comfortable

Distance from city Bus to city limited usually a taxi is quicker Too far to walk

Location.

Access, bad lightnig, windows needs to be repaired.Staff hardly speaks english.

Good location Parking facilities

Best Western-American Type Hotel. Breakfast English-unfortunately Hotel doesn’t have any Ketchup ?or Mustard or Mayonnaise. Otherwise all good.

Employees are very friendly. They even help with issues related to the city. Additional solutions (pillows etc.) are answered immediately. The dust problem with the lamp was observed and solved the next day. I would prefer it if I come again.

It's a little dusty there because of the curtains and carpet. This could be improved.

The bed was comfy. the wireless room key pad was broken.Had to get a real metal key for the door. Breakfast was good. Not a big selection, but descent.front desk staff very heplful. Nice conversations.

I wanted to take a piece of fruit back to room but was stopped at door. Very dissapointing. All you can eat while sitting in the dinning area. Haven't experienced this in the states. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Fabulous staff Great breakfast/ great parking and two supermarkets just next door

Accommodation facility above the category average.Friendly staff. Comfortable parking.Chic rooms and bathroom to match.Very clean and quiet.

Far from city center and for that, a little bit expensive.

Hospitality, parking, fast check in/out, good bed

Location, small area for breakfast

decent standard, OK for a night stop on the way

location - next to the chemical factory (?), not ideal if you came to spend few romantic days in Ferrara

Excellent place, not far away from the city centre, especially suitable if you are arriving by car and looking for a short stay. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, smooth Wi-Fi and free parking.

---------

The hotel is not very close to the center, but it was our choice because we had a car. Driving to the center and around the city though was very easy. Of cource, if you like walking then nothing stops you. The room was very peacefull and the beds were comfy.

9 euros for a very nice continental breakfast was very appropriateabundant, variety, quality, freshness, all above expectationservice excellentroom had a problem with the AC leaking lots of water on the floor. Staff offered another room. It was not necessary but I did appreciate the offer. A maintenance problem can always happen. Staff was very professional. I will come back again for the value for money, location, but most of all for your staff.

Great stuff, very helpful, friendly and always ready to help. Gave us great recommendations for dining out - best Pizza place in town. Great value for money.

Easy to find. Comfortable.

Normal beds are comfortable, but extra beds for the children is quite poor. Otherwise nice room, clean and quiet. Staff is very kind. Bikes can be stored safe for your one night stay. Near the hotel two big grocery strores.

.Little far from the centre, after 8.30 pm there is no bus from the centre back to the hotel. It takes 30 minutes to the centre by bus.

Polite staff, especially the nice young man who was on duty when we arrived late in the evening.Rooms are simple, cleanliness excellent. Good quality, comfortable beds and good pillows.

Location is in an “industrial “ area, parking is free but limited and in some cases too far from the entrance. Arriving to the room and undressing after a long trip only to the discover that basic toiletries are provided ONLY on request and must be *fetched at reception*, is an unpleasant surprise.Coffee (both bar and breakfast room) is not good at all.

Bad

There was only one set of toiletries provided, and the reason given was that the housekeeping staff had left for the day. We had to request a room change, but when we checked out, we were told we needed to pay an additional fee. This felt very unpleasant and not worth recommending.

Good location very simple service and facilities

Basic facilities, furniture outdated. Business hotel

Perfect location and breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and good bed.
