Princess Art Hotel

I love this little gem of a hotel! The staff is super nice, accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. It's very characteristic with a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast is ample and we'll displayed.

There's not much that didn't like.

Everything. Most beautiful hotel with original wooden beams and delightful architectural touches in step with the building's age. Staff was super accommodating.

Room was a little sterile

The hotel was really good, nice atmosphere and decoration. Excellent breakfast that we enjoy in the beautiful garden. Staff very gentle, and they kept our luggage at no cost.

Far from train station, but reachable by several bus lines.

Loved the location - away from the maddening crowds; the room was comfortable, liked the garden . Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful. For sure I will stay there another time.

Fabulous very large room with private balcony. Excellently appointed. Very nice breakfast with great choice. Very spacious entrance hall, corridors etc, full of character. Nice garden. The whole building is very well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom floor slippery when wet. Really this is a luxurious B&B rather than a hotel, no food or drink etc available outside of breakfast.

Everything is great. Free parking near the hotel, which is rare for the city center. I recommend. Breakfast with very tasty cakes.

This was the best accommodation ever :-) Everything was excelent, really nice breakfast, great stuff, everything clean. The interior is perfect, I enjoyed the furniture and arts. And the location is 10 min walking from the city center.

Bare bones room doesn't match public space. No amenities, extremely high temperature, but cold water shower. Left a day early

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the centre and all the cultural attractions. Easy to navigate and even having a room on the road frontage, it was a very quiet area.

Nothing springs to mind

Nice hotel in a quiet area, comfortable beds, beautiful, big and warm bathroom. Tasty breakfast in an elegant breakfast room. Nice and helpful receptionist. The hotel is out of ZTL zone.

Parking in the area needs a bit of time, it's free of change but the streets are crowded, so you need to drive a few rounds and be lucky to find a parking space. But we did in about 10 minutes...The doors in the hall need to be banged, so each visitor makes noise , going to their room.

They say the parking is free near the hotel but actually it was very hard to find a spot to park late at night. We found a parking place after more than 30 minutes of searching but it was far away from the hotel.

Front desk service was excellent.

Breakfast wasn't very good; having a smaller selection of higher-quality products would have been better. The hotel rooms were fine, but not lovely. The rooms were quite stuffy, and the people walking by on the way to their rooms could be quite noisy.
