Terrible shabby entrance to a third floor pension in a modern building. Hotel should not rate above one star. Horribly cheap decoration at front desk breakfast poor one of the worst I have ever stayed at in more than a half century of travel on 4

The view is extraordinary. The assembly of the city Christmas tree made the view particularly fun and special. The location is superb.

The Christmas village noises seeped in occasionally but they closed down by 8:00

“Hotel” is one floor of another building, rooms were only ok and felt like we were the onlyPeople there. No staff other than quickly at check in

The location and staff were wonderful. No parking nearby and rooms were pretty basic. Very nice breakfast with outside balcony.

The location is great! You can see the medieval cityscape and the cathedral from the room, breakfast area, and terrace. Unfortunately, the facade of the cathedral was under restoration. Ferrara is a very small town, so it was convenient to go anywhere from here. The staff were young and friendly. The breakfast was simple, but it was nice to be able to eat it while looking at the view. The room was larger and cleaner than I expected.

The terrace closed early, so I wish it had been closed on time.It may be unavoidable since it was winter, but the whole terrace was surrounded by plastic, so it didn't have much of an atmosphere.

It is perfectly located in the old town of Ferrara. Magnificent views on the cathedral and la Piazza.

Its perfect location at the central place: vivid night live on the streets at the weekend brings the sound insulating windows to their limit. Noise sensitive people should choose one of the rooms not directed to the central place in front of the hotel.

Very strong wi-fi. The room was excellent and they are offering free water, still and sparkling, every day. Also in the room there are coffee and tea. The bathroom huge and well lightened. The breakfast rich and delicious. The bar and breakfast room is the same place with a panoramic view of the Cathedral of Ferrara. Have an Aperol is worthy. The place of the hotel is in the center and someone can walk to every place of interest. The personel very polite and helpful. Thank you for all. You made Ferrara unforgettable.

The lights in the room are too low.

The room was very comfortable in an excellent location. Viewing the cathedral square from the windows was a great treat.

wonderful view from the room, very clean , friendly and helpful staff, i think this hotel should be rated more than 3 stars...

unfortunately my pillows were not comfortable at all...but ok...not a big drama... if you have room with view on the square in weekend nights, could be noisy (NOT HOTEL'S FAULT)

Lovely reception on arrival. Room was sunny lovely and warm. Wellpositioned near the cathedral

The breakfast was awful Stale bread. And what was described as American coffee. Was like dish water. Ab foul. Insult really. On a night the whole lounge etc was under lock and key. No night staff. Locked out until8. I found it scary. The room faced an area where there was lots of nice during the night. So difficult to sleep. Dreadful

Spacious room with enough chairs or sofa to rest and to read. Our room faces the duomo and it is interesting to watch people passing on streets.

More communications with guests could be better during breakfast time and it would be more appreciated if the staff member made efforts to ask guests if they need more coffee.

Bright, spacious room with extraordinary view. Proximity to everything. Easily walkable. Lovely, helpful staff.

Very pleasant stay at the Hotel Torre della Vittoria 1928, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, excellent breakfast and coffee. The view from the room window is fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only downside is that the hotel and reception are on the second floor, so you get a little confused when entering the building.

Location and view over the Cathedral Square

Very noisy (perhaps because it was a Friday night).I didn’t sleep well due to loud music coming from somewhere near the hotel room.I realised only after my stay that I had booked the junior suite but the hotel gave us a superior room.The breakfast was mediocre.

The location was excellent and the panoramic view to the city amazing. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable

The furniture were old and the mattress could be better. For a 3 star hotel the breakfast could have been richer and the soaps and shower gels could have been better and more sufficient for a 2 persons room (2 mini soap bars and 2 mini packets of shower gel and no hair product) also the cleaning service didn't replace the correct number of towels they took. We had to ask for some more

The hotel is located in the Central of all the historical bldgs. The bottom is McDonald's and shops. It is surrounded by restaurants. The staffs were helpful, polite andfriendly. The room is big and with air-conditioning.

The shower door, drainage and the shower head holder needs to be fix. The water pressure is not enough.

I liked the location - in the very heart of the city, and the view from our window was breathtaking. The staff were very polite and helpful, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was tasty.

The one thing I did not like about the hotel was a technical problem in the bathroom. Something went wrong during our stay and the bathroom started to smell of sewage.

Air condition did not work, I could not sleep during the night. I reserved for four nights but I cancelled my reservation and I stayed at another hotel. They did not pay my money back. At the end, if I could not sleep because of the hotel condition, it is normal that not to stay there. Don't stay at that hotel during the summer.
